| 10/10 It wasn't really, but after that ending, I just had no choice. That note and what he said after the seat change was so un-Nishikata like. | I really struggled with the early episodes (1-5) but managed to really enjoy the last half a lot more. Very repetitive but not in a way that really made me bored. I constantly found myself smiling at just how adorable this couple is. Every episode "Takagi is such a *****" went through my head lol. I felt bad for Nishikata but he's super lucky to find such a nice girl, even if he doesn't know it yet. The last scene was absolutely perfect. Pure joy/love right there, from something so simple. That's my main complaint, I guess, though. We rarely ever got to see anything from Takagi's perspective. Seeing her in her bed in the final scene was my favorite scene in whole anime, tied with the "Critical hit". HER reactions, were far more interesting to me. Very enjoyable in the end. I'm gonna miss this couple a lot. |

| Let me make a wild gues, its another anime that only tell half of the story? Is there realy no development in this story? Should i get manga? Anyway i enjoyed it a lot so its ok, just wich there was a delivery. I mean if animes keep going like this it should be called a pre-romance, because romance requires huggin and kissing not just walking around. |

| OMG the finale tho, so darn cute. I know Nishikata is Beta af but that makes him a perfect match for Takagi. Their love is too pure for my tainted heart. Just thinking about them will eventually end up together, getting married, have a lot of kids and growing old together makes me cry. So glad there'll be a 2nd season for another cuteness relationship. After i watched this series, i felt like i've wasted my school days cuz it was sux for me, lel. Overall score 8/10 |

| This was a really good anime tbh. I had some good laughs and had quite a bit of secondhand embarrassment hahah. This was overall just so cute. I really enjoyed Takagi's character and all of her teasing. Although, I kinda wish that Nishikata was a bit more, uhh, bold? But then again, his reactions are what highlights all of Takagi's teasing so I guess it's okay. Their relationship was really good as well. Overall, I'll give this a 8/10. Definitely going to pick up the manga now. 78 chapters out atm? Wow, don't mind if I do =) |

This is not a Manga with a budding love that develops. It´s about the daily life of a boy that tries to get win over a girl with pranks, and always loses. It really doesn´t have an end. It´s like Detective Conan, they can always make some new situations with no end. |

| One of my favorites in this winter, i've been expected it since i've read few chapter from manga, this series seems simple yet really enjoyable and lovely, it really helping me relieving my stress from everyday chores. beside that, i am also a big fan of romcom for final episode, the story that chosen was perfect for me, the story about how they meet for the first time and how little thing like the handkerchief describe their relationship, and at last he deliver another ultimate critical strike attack with that small paper inside the handkerchief, that was really cute and lovely. another thing that make love this series is the ED songs that used, Chiisana Koi No Uta by Mongol800 and Ai Uta by GreeeeN that actually sung by Takagi herself(Rie Takahashi), both were my favorite songs. Moreover, Rie Takahashi sung it pretty well, and in my opinion both songs are suitable for this series I think it's time to continue read the manga and the spinoffs It's absolutely 10/10 for me haha:D |

| I was really disappointed that they didn't adapt timeskip chapter as last segment of last episode but apparently first volume sold good so maybe they will make second season. |

| so cute!! yea the show does get a little repetitive later on as we all know Takagi-san would always come out victorious with her trolling, but it's just so adorable.. would love to have a bit more romantic progression between Takagi and Nishikata tho. Takagi is so adorb every time Nishikata crit strikes her XD The romantic tension is always in the air with them, it feels so pure, unlike romance these days that get sexual real quick. Also, chapter 31 is as glorious as many have claimed. |

| While that flashback from the first school day was pretty nice and as well with that ending... I still expected more to be honest. While this was a really sweet and cute series the lack of actual proper love development bugged me quite a bit. Still all in all this series was pretty solid and that ending sure was lovely :3 at least we have one that is honest with her feelings! |

| Solid 8/10 for me. The only thing holding me back from giving a 9/10 is the fact that the characters relationship didnt really progress, and the characters themselves didnt grow either. The most progression we get was ep11 the slight surprise on Takagi's face when Nishikata honestly said he wanted to walk with her home. They had 12 episodes to show Nishikata become more accustomed to Takagi; they could have slowly made him more immune to embarrassment while keeping his other tease-able aspects. He could have been less embarrassed about enjoying shoujo manga after the 4th time they brought up that point. But nooo every episode started with Nishikata doing something hes embarrassed about and Takagi sees it. They had 12 episodes to eventually acknowledge eachothers feelings, but noooo Takagi continues being discreet, and Nishikata oblivious. The whole romance aspect of the show was doomed during the kanji calligraphy episode when the theme of the show became "status quo." |

| Really cute way to end it, there was even a flashback that shows how they meet! Honestly, it is good to see that Takagi doesnt only teases him all the time but can act a little bit more serious and even sad with that seats change. I still feel that the series could have been better, there are quite some scenes that I really did not enjoy that much, mainly concerning the girls trio, but overall was still alot of fun to watch. 8/10 |

| cute anime. I give it like a 6.5-7/10. I'll round up. It's good for what it is-- a very simple, slice of life rom com. If you're one who's pressed for progress, I can see why it would be a drop or slightly annoying bc there's a cycle regarding Takagi and Nishi's love life. The flow at the end ep where it showed (to my understanding) the day our couple first met was a little off? Maybe I missed something idk but it could've transitioned better imo. Same with the side bits with the 3 girls lolol. There were times where the stories interacted, but it seemed like its own thing. Wish they overlapped a bit more instead of megane girl being interested in love haha Overall, not a bad watch. It was cute. Series def grew on me (: |

Now I'm gonna watch Takagi-san 2 again and then cry until 3 gets announced |

| Funny and cute anime. I can kinda understand why Takagi got to like Nishikita after this episode. I also loved the location in this anime. Usually background is just mere background but I absolutely enjoyed looking at the town, the mountains and the coast. Kinda reminds me of Miyako city in Iwate. Not only did he find her handkerchief, but he also had great reactions, no wonder he grew so fond of him. Man, I did not expect this show to be that good. The premise looked really promising for my taste, but I did not think I would enjoy the romance aspect of it as well. Comedy and romance were nicely balanced imo and they are such a darn cute couple. Especially the last two episodes made me up my score, it's rare that a show ends on such a high note, especially if it was so good all the way through. The comedy and romance are almost perfectly balanced. And the ending was really interesting. I'm gonna watch the OVA now and then onto s2 which seems like s2 has done better than s1 so I'm excited about what's to come in the next season |

| The teasing is a bit mild now and more to some romance and drama a bit showy today as well, Nishikata should've expected that the letter was from Takagi Wait the first day of school this should be good, I see his first impressions were really not the worst but not as great and already he had Takagi's attention because of her handkerchief Changing seats I can just tell Takagi's really down hearing the news while Nishikata was looking for a chance to return her handkerchief I thought that they would get separated but in the end, they still were close to each other that was a sweet little ending Takagi's really happy receiving that cute little note. This was a fun teasing series I'm so blessed that I got to watch this and go through Nishikata's road full of annoyance and his brief embarrassment when he's with Takagi and most importantly Takagi's teases and her brilliance of teasing Nishikata every day possible along with her laughs and giggles her cute little grins this was a fun watch I had a blast. |
