| okay this episode was bad and I mean bad like poorly attempted jump scare bad. I really hope that theory I've been hearing where it turns out that there's actually 13 different happy mask salesmen (I know there story tellers but who really cares at this point) turns out to be true. If only because it would make for an interesting story but then again seeing how this seasons episodes have been turning out, one could assume that if it were to happen they would find a way to ruin it too. |
| Yeaaah, I usually can defend the weaker episodes a bit (which are almost every episode since season 2), but this was just a complete miss. I guess the idea is pretty creepy, hearing your own voice saying things you haven't said, but the way it was implemented here didn't do anything for me. |

| This is something that would be scary to someone it was happening to but to a 3rd party it wouldn't be. I kept waiting for the big payoff and ultimately was let down this time. No spooks to be had. Scare level = Nothing. |

| I enjoyed this episode; teh first Yami Shibai ep I've liked in a loooong time. The idea itself is creepy and it was executed kinda alright. At least better than the other BS eps we've been given in this season |

| Uh... what? It's like they're just kinda trying to make this season about things that will become haunts in the future. Like I can see most of these happenings being really creepy if someone came back on them years later, these characters who have originally come across them being parts of the haunts even. But that's just what gets me to bed at night because I know that's not what they're up to. |
| I thought this one was pretty good. More eerie rather than classic Yami Shibai scary, but it's still something compared to the rest of the season so far. |

| Bad episode is BAAAAAAAAADDDDDDD Like... What? Why? I just don't get it. Not even creepy. Just... BORING. This season has been an enigma. I don't know what to think. It's similar to season 2 but it's not as boring... But it is at the same time? It's got more decent episodes that 2 did but... | This episode has an interesting premise but loses its potential with the ending. I have the feeling that the writers tried to being original by removing jumpscares and giving cryptic or open endings to the episodes. I would like this approach if it added more variety through the episodes, but they are overusing it, especially in this season. This is still supposed to be a horror series and instead what is left is just a pale sense of eeriness at best. |

| Best episode of the season and IMO top 5 from Yami Shibai seasons 1-4. No crappy looking monsters, no sh*tty faces, no ghosts. I like it |
