TV Anime 'Hataraku Saibou' Gets Anime Special

A special event for Hataraku Saibou TV anime on Sunday has announced that the TV series will get a TV special episode. The anime, which will be centered around cold syndrome, will be aired on Sunday December 27 at 12:30 a.m via Tokyo MX, followed by Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11, MBS, TV Aichi, Hokkaido Housou, RKB Mainichi Housou and AT-X. A cellphone game for the series has also been announced.

Hataraku Saibou has been serialized in Kodansha's monthly Shounen Sirius magazine since January 2015 and has five compiled volumes in print, with the latest released in August 2017. The manga won seventh place in the male readers category in the 2016 edition of Kono Manga ga Sugoi rankings. A special animated commercial was released with the manga's fifth limited edition volume in July 2017, and a 13-episode TV anime series by David Production aired this summer. A theatrical stage is currently happening between November 16 and 25.

YESSSS this has just made my day lmao I wanted the episode of the normie cell screwing around with the rhinovirus to be animated sooo badly and now all my dreams have come true lol (if only we could get season 2 now)

I don't like mobile games but I love cells at work so much I would sacrifice all my little remaining phone storage just to play this instantly if it becomes available in my country

Great news, hopefully we’ll be getting news of a 2nd Season at the end of this delightful special episode! Come on, David Productions!

Regarding a Cellphone game, interesting but sadly I’m not fond of games so I’ll probably keep this aside. I’m glad this franchise is getting the love it deserves though.
