Synopsis

Within the human body there is said to be approximately 60 million cells. White blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, macrophages, memory cells, killer T cells, natural killer cells, B cells, mast cells and many more!

All these different cells work tirelessly within the body, never resting for a moment, at any time willing to resist invading foreign entities like germs and viruses to the bitter end!

From Akane Shimizu, winner of Shounen Sirius' Rookie of the Year Award, comes an informative tale about anthropomorphised cells!

This is one of the my most anticipated adaptation after reading it on a whim, an exceptional story about Cells, by turning them into characters, emphasizing the similarities of humans and cells through comparing them by how they do their job.

This manga is entertaining so far, for an author to be able to make great characters even if they are cells, an action packed story which centers around White Cell's adventures along with blood cell, this is truly one of the most interesting stories that I've ever read.

As someone who thinks that the immune system is the most exciting feature of the human body, I always waited for a day I would find a manga like "Hataraku Saibou", otherwise known as "Cells at Work".

Story: 9
The story mainly focuses on a red blood cell (Ae 3803) and a white blood cell (U-1146). They aren't given names, but numbers. The red blood cell has a hard time trying to find routes through the body, so the white blood cell helps her out. Through this, we get to know what exactly happens in different parts of the body and encounter different types of cells read more

Let me just say for the record,This is one of the nicest mangas I’ve read this year. This is my first review,so I apologize for any mistakes

Sure,it’s a little, how to say,Violent, but it almost accurately represents the working of the human body, and the life of anything that lives there. We really need more mangas like this.

Characters fulfill there role accurately, for example The red blood cells carrying oxygen, white blood cell protect the body, and finally platelets fixing up any wounds.

I give the art a simple solid 10,very cute

Since I just started reading yesterday, the only thing I’m disappointed about is the fact that we don’t see the human that the cells read more
