'Saikyou no Ousama, Nidome no Jinsei wa Nani wo Suru?' Reveals Main Cast, Teaser Promo for Spring 2025

The Fuji TV Anime 2025 livestream revealed the main cast and a new teaser promotional video for the television anime adaptation of TurtleMe's The Beginning After The End webtoon on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Fuji TV's +Ultra programming block in Spring 2025.

Natsumi Fujiwara (Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru) and Makoto Furukawa (One Punch Man) are starring as Arthur Leywin and King Grey, respectively.

Keitarou Motonaga (Hametsu no Oukoku) is helming the anime at Studio A-CAT. Takamitsu Kouno (Kikansha no Mahou wa Tokubetsu desu) is handling the series composition and Masami Sueoka (Maougun Saikyou no Majutsushi wa Ningen datta) is designing the characters. Keiji Inai (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka) is composing the music.

The webtoon, based on TurtleMe's original 2017 web novel, began on Tapas in July 2018 and features illustrations by Fuyuki23. Beginning the sixth season of the webtoon in June 2023, Rise Entertainment took over the artwork. The webtoon has been published in Japan by Piccoma since 2020.

Yen Press licensed the webtoon in English in 2021 and released the sixth volume on August 20. The seventh volume is planned for a March 25, 2025 release.

@Yubisoft This is a well made fantasy. His time with a child lays some foundations but it's not a significant portion of the overall work. The Victoriad is one of the best things I've ever read in fiction.

Yea... because asking why most manga/anime take place in the country it's made in is comparable to them obsessing over 3 overseas countries (France, Germany, UK) all in one continent and nothing else lol

@yamiyugi101 we would be lucky if it looked and had the animation like battle after 5 secs, which A-cat didn't even animate shit in!!! they only handled the cgi

we are so cooked if there's barely any action/movement in the trailer/second teaser ffs

@RobertBobert so far I've seen battle after 5 seconds which was alright animation wise loving the manga currently, and high speed etoile which I'm enjoying 4 episodes in so far
