The company will release a Blu-ray box set containing the 13-episode anime along with the Hataraku Saibou: Kaze Shoukougun (Cells at Work: Cold Syndrome) special episode on August 27.

Aniplex of America's English dub will also contain a new opening theme titled "Mission! Health Comes First." written by Kayli Mills and composed by Wendee Lee.

Hataraku Saibou is based on Akane Shimizu's manga of the same name that anthropomorphizes cells in the human body. The anime adaptation by David Production aired in Summer 2018 and was simulcast by Crunchyroll. Kodansha Comics publishes the manga in English and shipped the fifth volume in November 2017.

A second season of the anime series is in production.

I might check this out...
Just to see how they will call each other "red blood cell" "white blood cell" since I think it would be pretty hilarious... And even might be a bit awkward at first.. XD

I seriously need to stop watching idol anime... The fact that I can't afford to buy their CDs yet keep making my heart broken..

Of course. I expected a dub to happen. However...

OMFG! I didn't expect the opening to be officially dubbed in English. I mean it's been a while since any anime opening was officially dubbed in English. Probably Dragon Ball, Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh have been still dubbing OPs and EDs. But still, it's been a while since most dubbing companies did something like this. I probably watch the dub if I have time.

Also Cherami is singing? Hell yeah!
"Allow me to teach you something useful."
