'S-Rank Monster no "Behemoth" dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Elf Musume no Pet toshite Kurashitemasu' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Second Promo
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Nozomi Ginyoku and Tarou Shinonome's S-Rank Monster no "Behemoth" dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Elf Musume no Pet toshite Kurashitemasu (I'm a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl's Pet) manga revealed additional cast, staff, ending theme, a second key visual (pictured), and second promo on Wednesday.
The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 4 at 10:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and Sun TV, followed by BS11, Hokkaido Television, Niigata Television 21, Nagasaki Cultural Broadcasting, Hokuriku Asahi Broadcasting, and AT-X.
Voice actress Maaya Uchida (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...) is joining the cast as Alisha.

Tetsuo Hirakawa (Bucchigire!) is helming the anime at Zero-G and Saber Works. Kanichi Katou (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) is handling the series composition and Tomoyuki Abe (Konyaku Haki sareta Reijou wo Hirotta Ore ga, Ikenai Koto wo Oshiekomu) is designing the characters. Yuusuke Shirato (Gyakuten Sekai no Denchi Shoujo) and oni (Yu☆Gi☆Oh! VRAINS ending theme 5 arrangement) are composing the music.
Ginyoku began writing the comedy fantasy story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2017. Micro Magazine acquired the novel and published the first volume in March 2018, featuring illustrations by Mitsuki Yano. The second volume was released in October 2018.
Shinonome began drawing the manga adaptation in Hakusensha's Young Animal Arashi in March 2018. The manga was later transferred to the Young Animal magazine in July 2018. Hakusensha released the 11th volume on March 29 and will ship the 12th on December 26.
Yen Press licensed both the manga and light novel in English in July 2019. The second light novel volume went on sale in November 2020. The 10th manga volume shipped on October 15, with the 11th volume scheduled to go on sale on February 18, 2025.
