Budget doesnt mean shit, its more about the talent behind the anime lmao.
One Punch Man, for example, had a normal budget even if the quality of production was amazing because of the talented people working on this.
i don't get why people like to say shit against the general logic just to disagree with people

The more frames there are the more money they gonna spend
The more detailed and clean the art is the more money they gonna spend

saying that the budget does not mean shit
is like saying that a studio could have made ngnl or high school of the dead or violet evergarden as it is with the same budget of "in another world with my smartphone" lmao

Even though the only thing as far as money plays around within production is amount of episodes it can get in total. And that's just being funded by the committee alone since they're the ones offering stuff rather than the studio.

It's the matter of the resource the staff has to work on and what members they have within their team and their connections. So money doesn't play a big role with the looks of the anime itself. And money also only plays just by the mere funds of the show being made in the first place, as in... if they can actually make it a thing as a whole, so the people behind the work have to use resources and what they have in stock (scheduling etc).

There's a reason why studios such as KyoAni and Ufotable have consistent production and that's not because of the budget. It's because they're mostly in-staff members and they kept a consistent look.

And as for OPM since the dude didn't elaborated, the fact that the director, Natsume had multiple connections is the prime reason why OPM turned out that great animation wise despite being on an average budget (ya know, the most a committee can give to an anime series?)

So I guess a softer successor to High School of the Dead? But it looks like it's going to be hokey. Welp, I know what I'm definitely watching next season.

This PV looks fine however the premise can be either: Something good, or entertaining, or bad.

This is a mix bag but the staff looks pretty decent, I'll say that at least.

I think in the genre description of the work they should put the description "Comedy" next to the others.

"Budget is largely the same for series on the same length."

This actually looks terrible. I was so hoping this would be good from the title, but it looks like a generic zombie parody thing. Will probably try the first episode but my hopes are really low.
I'll have to agree with you, it looked more comedy than horror, and the PV itself was so upbeat. Not liking it so far...

Yeah I just wish it wasn't having that specific tone. It didn't feel funny either.

Miyano Mamoru's voice acting is enough for me to give this series a try :P

So this is going to be comedy, still an okay to me.

Sep 10, 2018 6:49 AM by Detective1412

That is, we have a main cast of six girls, one guy and one dog mascot?

For the looks of the PV, it's either going to be a comedy, or at least it's not a show you must take seriously. Either way, looks interesting.

It's lit. I like her hair accessory. Hopefully a good music to get going with it.
