As always, amazing feeling seeing One Piece on top - that's exactly where it belongs.

Not really. Tokyo Ghoul was in the Top 50 weeks before the "manga was ending" announcement. The anime actually has to boost the manga for it to appear in the Top 50. Look at Akame ga Kill, the boost was not enough for it to appear in the weekly top 50 manga.

So it's because the latest volume was released 3 months ago (while the latest volume of World Trigger was just released this month).
And several volumes of Tokyo Ghoul are in the Top 50 probably because the manga has finished recently.
