| I really can't hate on Queen's Blade. For all its contrived attempts at providing any kind of coherent story, it is ultimately an enjoyable show (provided you like boobs). Of course, this is coming from someone who thoroughly enjoys the combat picture book game the show is based on (and owns more than her fair share of related merchandise). Understanding the basis of the franchise really helps in lowering your expectations for the quality of this anime, and at the same time raises your hopes for exploding breasts and panty-wetting. Basically, this is a series for people who crave fanservice in its most pure and condensed form. In short, TITS. |

| as i now have seen the first episode i don't understand why people are saying it is all about boobs and stuff cause sure it focus on it a lot if you compare it to some anime but i have seen worse shows then that. also they say it has no story but as of now you can't know cause it seems like they can have a story but can does not mean they will have it but its possible. the animation is well done and sounds are well done to so that is a good thing about characters hard to say cause you don't know how they are yet except they have big boobs and getting wet from fights but in personality we know nothing yet. well up to the next episode and see if my thoughts change on this show but as of now i don't think of it as only fan service since it is not to a annoying level for me yet which i am happy with and the episode was going really fast it felt like i was only watching for 5 minuts. |

| Wow, super fucked up how Leina was treated. There was no reason why Risty couldn't have given her some clothes. What a bitch. And her own family didn't even care about how she was treated. This anime is super abusive and needlessly so. I don't think the abuse many of the girls suffer really adds anything to the ecchi or the anime. It just makes it kind of depressing to watch. |

Also props for not even trying to pretend it isn't about the boobs, in like the first scene the demon squirted acid boob milk as a weapon, nice. No, but for real, if you removed the fan service from this first episode It would still be pretty alright, so that's a really good sign! |

| Lol, Elina showing some yandere traits when it comes to her sister. Not too bad of a start, precisely, even better than I hoped for an ecchi action series with such a low rating. Art is clean and while the OST is standard fare, it has still a nice ring to it. Will surely have my fun with this. |
