As a Chinese person, I wholeheartedly agree that it's a very difficult language but very expressive ; ;. I wish you luck! Personally, I think Korean is a very beautiful language. Japanese is slightly harsher sounding to me. |

| As someone whose first language is not english, I find it very pretty and melodic, 90% of the songs I listen to are in english. Poetry in english is also much better than in my mother language (portuguese). Recently I've been liking german and russian too. |

| It depends more on the tone and voice of the person speaking or singing. Some of my favs are French, Irish and Scottish Gaelic, Icelandic, Sami, Russian, Japanese and Hungarian. If i weren't for that lisping sound I would say Zulu too but there probably is a similar language to it since Africa has like 2,000 languages. |
