Oh shit, that blood messenge. I thought this episode would be cherry until the threat by "Jack the Ripper".

Felt bad for Irene tbh since she's being targetted. Luckly, she's got help but dealing someone like Jack the Ripper isn't easy.

There's no chance Irene is dead, even before the end credits I knew she couldn't be killed that easily.

Man I haven't trusted Moriarty for quite some time now and this was the biggest suspect so far. I mean it does seem to obvious he is involved with Irene overall but even Watson knows something is wrong.

What also is digging at me is the story of Maki and Kyougoku. Like it has to play apart of the story somehow and not just be some cliche romantic bullcrap. Because if it is that in the end then you basically are wasting time and story.

The scene with Maki was so ridiculous lol

I thought it's interesting that Moriarty called her "sensei". He was very suspicious in this episode indeed, and they showed him with a red spray or something, assuming he's responsible for the angel in Sherlock's room, but that seems to simple, it must be more complicated than that.

They showed again how Mycroft took Sherlock's straw, very intriguing thing... Did he need his DNA for something? Why?

I love this series, I hope it will get only even better.

Even John thought Moriarty was suspicious so I'm sure Sherlock also caught that (if he didn't that would be so stupid) so I hope Irene's death is fake news created by Sherlock to trick Moriarty... There's no way Sherlock wouldn't suspect him.

Damn, is Irene really dead? I was not expecting that. Moriarty is suspicious as hell. The Rakgou show to get them out of the house is super obvious. Still he seemingly wasn't the one to stab her. Well he's definitely involved in some sketchy shit anyway.

Poor Kyogoku thought he was able to get a date with a fatso like Maki, she was just gold digging him.....

Ok so Irene is dead, I'm thinking that Moriarty is the culprit.

I know that Maki is voiced by Murase Ayumu. So, using that and the stuff everyone said as a clue, I am pretty sure she's actually a chubby boy.

I don't really think Irene is dead. She's supposed to be smart!

Moriaty is creepy yet still likeable. I feel like he's the one who stabbed Irene, but we were shown that scene with the wrong person.

This anime had lost some quality for a few episodes, but it's getting more interesting gain.

I don't think Moriarty is the culprit, it seems way too obvious to be the case. And yeah Irene is still alive, a character like that doesn't die offscreen.

John is an idiot I doubt his suspicion is spot on, but the poster does make me conflict myself. Something tells me Sherlock is up to something or at least I think so, otherwise he would be the worst anime detective ever. Whatever it is, Irene is alive that's for sure.

Oh gods, I hope Moriarty doesn't turn out to be a bad guy here. That'd be way too cheap. He could take the drive rather easily at any time, basically, coming and going as freely as he does, anyway. And knowing Sherlock as he does, while he seemingly got them out of the house, would he seriously think Sherlock would leave the drive behind instead of having it on his person all the time? He could have found the can of spraypaint somewhere nearby (or one of the kids did?) and wanted to stay behind to watch Sherlock's place, and could have followed the culprit from there.

What exactly would Jack gain by killing Irene anyway?

- Moriarty is definitely Jack the Ripper

Moriarty isn't Jack the ripper for sure... I guess we'll learn more about it later. But I'm pretty sure he'll be the 'final' boss so they wouldn't let him be 'jack the ripper' and reveal him so soon in the anime. We are 'only' at 9th episode after all.
But maybe Jack the ripper know Moriarty (mostly sure since he 'talked' about him before 'kill' Irene).

I mean, the Moriarty thing was pretty obvious, i mean, its not a manga spoiler or someting, its just a well known character from a very old novel.
My theory is that Maki its Jack the Ripper, like, the person yelling at the cinema door told irene that jack had moriarty, that means he knows all the people of the agency, and maki is literally there all the time. Moriarty is probably involved, maybe he is using jack for his own benefits. Maki is also a transgender or a transvestite, and it has the same body complex as that fake police officer (who is probably jack). And finally, they showed us twice in the episode that the hotel where maki was is conveniently closer to the cinema, when a series makes emphasis in things like this, you need to pay attention. In my opinion, i would like a revelation that includes both moriarty and maki being part of the person known as jack the ripper, like, maki its the killer, and moriarty its the brain or something like that.

The kid's name is Moriarty. Why wouldn't he be suspicious? Him being Jack would be way too obvious though.
Dec 7, 2019 3:23 AM

Aug 2016
There is another suspect too : Kyogoku ! I wouldn't be surprised if he played a double game.

Moriarty hides something it's sure, but it would be too simple if he was Jack. But as said, he probably knows who it's.

I can't believe Irene died. I thought she was going to be a main character from now on. She was so smart too, I don't know why she was so quick to trust a voice who told her they were from the police when no one else was supposed to know that she was there. Everything points out to Moriarty too. The way he got them to go out so he could look for the USB drive, and there's also the way he was there when he shouldn't know about the place. Well, and congratulations to Kyogoku-san I guess. lol Maki-chan finally accepted him in the end, but it seems like he didn't know Maki-chan all that well. xD I hope things work out for them though. lol

I refuse to believe Irene is dead. I think they're just faking her death so that Jack the Ripper won't follow her anymore. Also, I think it's a little too convenient and easy if Moriarity is Jack the Ripper. This show has been really predictable so far but for some reason, I don't think it's him but I do think he's a secret bad guy or like someone said, a final boss.

I'm still confused if Maki is biologically a woman or not. I don't mind either way but Watson said "Princess? Not prince?" as if he's also confused. Kyogoku finally got his wish and lost his virginity though, congratulations to him. He still spent a lot of money on her but I guess he was paid well in the end.

Moriarty is suspicious. But weren't in literatur and/or history the Jack and Moriarty 2 different persons? Might be that Moriarty is very clever and doing other criminal stuff and because of his cleverness he knew that something happened there and could be there to check up on Irene.

Show is getting better and better. I also like the other chars and their personalities. Guy that bought expensive stuff for the gir and the owner of the detective's house that likes to tease.

No one other than those three knew the location of the hideout.
Probably James did. How? No idea but he has been in Kabukichou for a while.

The "Jack got Moriarty" seemed like James said it. But when Irene opened the door, a weird looking Policeman was there. How did he come there? Why was the Policeman's voice disguised?

The person who was caught by Sherlock was Daigoro. How did he know that John was in that building? Someone told him.
Who was that someone and how did they know?
It could be that someone trailed John and saw him enter the building and so on.
or they could have known the whole area beforehand, i.e, about the hideout and the locality.

Well, I suspect James the most to be Jack or maybe Jack the ripper is just a name for a group, who knows.

James was there at the scene when John arrived. The voice of the person who knocked on the door seemed like James.
It is obvious or is it?

Called it, but if it's red herring, I won't be surprised if they revealed, Irene and Sherlock are Jacks bio parents, they're all act weird, it's almost like all the two knew Irene for a long time, biggest hint was when Jack first met Irene on screen

Continuing from the case last week, Irene receiving a death threat is a liability, so Sherlock has to hole her in his apartment from Jack the Ripper, while Watson is booted out. Really gonna have to assume to suspect Moriarty since his presence isn't shown a lot...and this is still a red herring of thought.

Kyogoku got his date and such...good riddance. But it all ended being for naught, what a wimp.

With Jack the Ripper on the loose, everywhere in Kabukichou isn't safe, even with Sherlock and Watson around. And with all those significant events, the probability of Moriarty appearing in the hideout that ONLY both Sherlock and Watson is HIGHLY suspect, and I refuse to believe that with such an injury, Irene was killed at point-blank.

There's just too many plot holes this time...but I only have one question to end this farce: what is the connection behind all this? Is this simply Moriarty's alibi?

I don't think Irene is dead yet, especially not given that it happened offscreen. At least Kyogoku got together with the person he loves. Just a theory so I could be wrong, I think Maki is Jack as Jack has kind of similiar chubby face but that would be debunked if lovehotel scene and attack on Irene happened at the same time.

Here it goes, the mental battle between Sherlock and Mori. Wish Irene had stuck around more though, she was a nice addition to the show. I can't see Sherlock confiding to Watson if she's still alive or not for security reasons.
