 A Niconico Live broadcast for the TV anime Amanchu! has announced on Tuesday that the series will get a second season. Titled Amanchu! Advance, the anime is slated for Spring 2018. New characters and their respective cast members have also been announced. In addition to the cast, the broadcast also announced changes to the staff. Cast Kokoro Misaki: Ai Yamamoto (Yama no Susume: Omoide Present) Kotori Misaki: Ai Kakuma (Konohana Kitan) Kodama Kohinata: Aya Suzaki (Suzakinishi The Animation) Staff Director: Kiyoko Sayama (Aria The Natural episode director for episode 19) Script: Hitomi Mieno (Amanchu! series composition), Hiroko Fukuda (Midori no Kuni no Otomodachi: Koeda-chan script and series composition) Amanchu! is drawn by Kozue Amano and has been serialized in Comic Blade since November 2008. The series currently has 11 volumes in print, with the latest released on September 10. J.C.Staff adapted the manga into a 12-episode TV anime in Summer 2016, with an unaired episode later released with the seventh Blu-ray and DVD volume on March 29 of this year.
