I did like how they made the ending of this look more dramatic though after showcasing some of the battles and how badass Tanya is. Can't wait for next week when the show returns again with a new episode. |

| i dont really get the point? why a recap episode after 6 episodes? Its not like the anime have a complicated story or anything that require a recap to help the viewer to remember the story or anything. Ah well well it was decent for a recap episode atleast. |

| I was a bit disappointed to find that it was literally clips from the last six episodes patched together under some new dialogue from Tanya. That being said, if the studio needs the time in order to keep up (or ascend beyond) the quality they've presented so far, I'm patient enough to wait. It's a good enough refresher and potential introduction to any new viewers. |

| It was actually not bad for a recap episode. It was nice seeing everything in chronological order. Recaps are going to happen, because production issues happen and things don't go as planned, and it's preferable to something half-finished or nothing at all. imo. Better to get used to it and accept it rather than getting your panties in a bunch over it. |
| Was there a Recap episode of the Anime in Girlish Number too? ^^ Well, its a new anime studio, it looks quite good, so I guess they spend quite a lot of money, work overtime, maybe have some shortfall of personnel due to illness or overwork etc. who knows? I hope it doesnt ruin them and they can finish the last episodes on schedule with the quality of the first 6 episodes. I probably already can say, that this wont become one of my all time favourites, but its interesting nontheless and draws you in to watch it every Friday. |

| Do people here not realize that recap episodes are only really generally made when the studio is having production issues (timing) to get the next episode out? But yeah, it was pointless either way. I just hope they get back on track w/ this breathing room. |

Hey Tyrel - that's pretty much what @dr4chen and I have been trying to tell everyone and I agree - hopefully they're good now and don't go the route of God Eater As for the recap episode itself - well, I guess it was a touch better than 'meh' - but I won't hold that against the series itself |

| The sole purpose of a recap episode is to buy the animation studio one week more of time. So it's not surprising that there's nothing new in it. Although I was hoping there would be more additional monologue from the novel that got cut out. Sadly there's really no point watching it. |

Production problems, kept them from meeting the deadline. I bet they added something that they thought was offensive (cause Japan never takis risk, even if it's offensive or not) and have to edit out. |

| So this episode will be a recap episode then eh Well considering how complex Yojo Senki can be to some viewers i think this was a good idea. Still its nice to see Tanya narrate the episode though it would have been funny if it was being x that did it as well. So Tanya's calls the act of almost killing a trainee a minor issue then Watching Tanya's acts of self preservation that was supposed to only save her but instead make her look like a hero was funny though as it's putting her in the last place she wants to be at. One thing that the recap managed to sort out for me was the Rhine theater fight that we saw in the first episode. I wasn't sure whether that was merely a flashback stand alone scene or something that took place after Tanya's pray to being x for the first time. Now i know that it was after that scene. The narration sure was interesting in that Tanya expressed her own opinions of the events that have so far befallen her. Tanya's child voice though is still as funny though. No wonder the enemies didn't believe it lol As recaps go this one was well designed and it fulfilled the purpose of highlighting the main points of the story so far so im satisfied. |

| Out of curiosity could an anime just skip a week and not air during it's scheduled time on tv? With no worries about replacing it with new content. Outside of holidays, has that happened before? |

| In my case, the recap was really useful since I was in a trip for almost a month so i forgot some of the details from the story. Then again, cases like mine might be the only ones in which a recap is recommended |

| Been a year since I saw this series, but I never knew it was had a recap ep. too. Well, this summed up the first 6 ep. quite good and gave me some good nostalgia memories back. That girl is one furious girl which I believe will see her downfall in the movie that comes next year. Can't wait! :D |
