| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah this episode gave me the nostalgic feel because of the Araragi and Senjougahara. It's refreshing to see her with long hair again as well. In retrospect, they have a nice chemistry and still retain a connection that feels familiar from what I remember. The word plays were also neat. |

| I found the sharp banter between Araragi and Senjougahara to be more amusing than the actual story of Koyomi Flower itself. Of course, 90% of that has been cut away from the novel, unfortunately. Trivia: Koyomi Flower takes place the day after the events of Hitagi Crab. |

I guess they're mainly aiming to focus on the sections that are essential to the stories than less important stuff. There's only so much you can cover within 14 minutes. |

| Yep, more bake nostalgia. I am liking the more relaxed feel of these short stories even if it is clearly B-team Shaft working on these. That SnK reference caught me off guard a little though. |

| Very intriguing, also liked the subtle reference to Aokigahara (suicide forest). Also dat SnK reference lol. The bouquets of flowers are mementos, mean't to be viewed as warnings in order to prevent forthcoming suicides. These down-to-earth mysteries are turning out to be quite entertaining, especially due to Oshino's stimulating evaluations and conclusions. Dat nostalgia for Staple Stable! :'] |

| It feels like ages since I last saw Senjougahara with long hair and since I saw her and Araragi together (seriously, Senjougahara needs more screen time in the main series). Nice to see another AoT reference as well, and I'm also surprised they gave a slight reference to Aokigahara when Oshino was talking about things like suicide hotspots. Actually, it's probably more surprising that I even got that reference. Also, there seems to already be a pattern to these short stories already: Koyomi and someone else come across something that might be some apparition thing then check it out with Oshino, at which point he says there's a simple explanation for it, after which Koyomi figures out what's actually going on. Well, at least things are taking place in chronological order for once. |

| Gahara/10 I'm actually enjoying these calm and relaxed short-stories a lot. They made realize again how much I prefer Bakemonogatari over the newer seasons. |

| Staple Stable and Senjougahara nostalgia. I love the Bake feeling of those shorts. AoT's reference was unexpected and cool (Araragi is best Titan). Love how the story implies an oddity case at the beginning to later reveal to be a simple warning to avoid people enter in the rooftop. I'm looking forward this. |

| So i'll ask one more time, because i'm still not sure: can anyone confirm if i'm right or not, in the ED between Ougi and Nadeko is Hitagi? If yes, then she appeared twice with different haircuts which are 2 different arcs and it is kinda strange. |

Now that you mentioned it she kinda looks like mamaragi, but still if i remember correctly she only appeared in Nise and she didn't have that pointy haircut which is strange this way. Maybe she'll appear in the followed episodes. |

| The staple stable OP nearly made me tear up.. it was so nostalgic. I first watched bakemonogatari about 3 or 4 years ago and now, watching that OP again made me feel like the child eager to watch something he loves. This episode is just too good, even if they cut off a lot of material. I'd say shaft did well with what little they had. |
