| Damn what a sad but epic episode! So much had to die, but well I'm really awaiting when they merg together! The ending was weird with the ocean in space, but well everything is possible in that space time... Either way great episode though sad so much great characters had to die, protecting others! |

| "What the f**k" was all I could mutter after watching this episode. It's a shame though that I wasn't able to watch this while airing. I could've experienced all the hype like SnK. Even though those people who died didn't have much screen time, their deaths was utterly depressing. Feeling bad for Kittan and Reite. :| All of these reminded me of Kamina. Kamina QQ. |

| this episode man, im actually feeling legitimately sad and this isnt even a tragedy anime. all those dai gurren deaths, and the sacrifice to save darry. and the fact that she breaks down realizing that people died to save her. a sure sign of a masterfully executed story that can attach you to secondary characters to the point of feeling such empathy when they die ill only post 1 screenshot for this episode. |

| Damn... so many sad but epic deaths. I had a feeling a sad episode was coming sooner or later... I just have an even worse feeling that it might get even sadder. I hope Kittan and Yoko make it, but I feel like one of them might die for the other. I dunno if I can handle it if more of Team Dai-Gurren died. I'm at least glad they all went out honorably but... Gah, come on Simon you can do it! Grow! Grow! Fight the powah! |

| Color me impressed if they stay dead. I wasn't expecting that from this show. It got to me with the twins. The way they went was chilling. Crap. ;-; |

| Damn, very epic again. RIP to the 6 members of Team Dai Gurren lost in this episode. Especially the way the twins went out - laughing until the last seconds when their faces contorted in pain and fear. Poor guys. Simon and the rest of the crew must succeed to avenge them! |
