| At this point, I feel I'm losing my interest a little bit... this episode have some weird scenes ... like the daddy one... is it necessary? They can explain us the Nisaka story wothout the intervention of his dad (what a weird character luuuuuul) |

| Someone replied to me in regards to me thinking there is the possibility of a conspiracy going on within the gov't. What kind of government that is running its own eugenics program would allow high schoolers or anyone really to perform Romeo and Juliet? That's romanticizing people that say fuck the system and societies demands It appears, for the most part, until the ripe age of 16, kids are allowed to do what ever they want. When 16 hits, you get your pairing. It seems you are still allowed to continue doing what ever the fuck you want, but it has to end once you get married. Granted society in this show would frown upon that. Case in point, the bland guy marrying the idol. They were adults when they got married. So it seems you don't have a time limit to get married. With that in mind, it was mentioned that he could date whoever, but would have to end it when it came time. However, it was also mentioned that you can petition to not to the assigned partner but both parties would experience consequences because of it. Consequences that have yet to be verified and only appear to hear say. Looks to me like the gov't is playing fear tactics to keep the innocent masses in check.  Seems we are looking at the rebellion plot to fight the system. We are looking at Neo. And he has to make a decision.  In the one hand, everything goes as planned. He gets the perfect girl he was assigned and lives a happy life. In the other, he goes with what his heart tells him. A choice that goes against the system but feels right, natural. | She is just so back and forth. It really annoys me. I understand she tried really hard be his wife but in the beginning they were making out and did not really care. Now she is pushing him away because her name was not on a paper? Come on now. If you love someone, just stay with them. I also hope there is a twist ending because does anyone notice the government just messing around with him? Using him as some type of test? He got a text saying Misaki was his wife but then suddenly got a paper with a new wife? They are testing the limits of who he loves and they wanna know how strong his love is for Misaki. |

| @Fredo_p Great explaining. But i'm still wondering why the government is messing around with him. I don't even care who he falls in love with at this point, i feel like there is something else going on. |

| @animeartlover Simple. It's not the gov't itself. Its a select few. You could spot them from the scene time they got and the interactions they had with the MC. The guy who whispered all the lies, the girl typing away, the fact that the partner loved the girl he's with but said nothing, even though she confessed to him. These are all signs that they probably know the system is flawed and are trying to get the MC to show it by purposely messing up the assignment. Theory 1 They tried to make it so he was with his childhood crush but it was corrected by the system. That plan failed so they are trying to get him to select her through other means. Theory 2 They know about his childhood crush turned true romance and are doing all this to prove that the system works by making him pick Ririna. Maybe a small faction is against this and is trying to help him 'make the right choice". Either way, hints were dropped and someone's a going to get a hurt real bad (Russell Peters ref). You don't just randomly show that the lead agents in charge of making sure pairings work had a previous relationship for nothing. That's the biggest tip off. |

| Bit of an odd ep, but dang that ending was fantastic. I love the 'what is love' scene, and the hug. I still can't choose. I love both girls, and I feel for Nisaka a hell of a lot. I honestly I have no idea what's going to happen by the end of this. I still think that Misaski is his real match, and that the government are testing their regime by seeing whether their chosen destined match (Misaki) is ultimately stronger (or smth like that anyway). |

| Glad to see some flashback from Misaki. So she's been inlove woth Yukari, since middle school. Things are getting more interesting. lmao, Nisaka on the next episode xD |

| So the culture festival will be the backdrop for this episode then. Nice to see Yukari is so enthusiastic in helping prepare for it though. Misaki doesn't seem to want Yukari and Ririna to make up though. Misaki though really is killing her role as Romeo in the play though. Wow those costume designs really are impressive for a high school student. So Nisaka wasn't interested at all in this play then. So thats Nisaka's father then. He looks younger than i thought he will be. Now that was a tense dinner that Yukari was invited to though. Seems that the relationship between Nisaka and his dad is pretty tense. Surprising to hear that Nisaka actually got more quiet as he progressed in school though. So Nisaka's embarrassed that the fact that he likes parfait's was found out. So Nisaka doesn't like being the center of attention and thats why he hates the role. Using Romeo and Juliet as an example for his own situation was an interesting way to see his situation. Its funny how he managed to associate the story with burial mounds though. You know its no wonder Nisaka accepted Yukari as his friend given how persistent he is. The measurements for both Nisaka and Misaki though sure was funny. Misaki's figure sure was surprising. The exchange between Yukari and Riri is pretty cute though. Its nice that the whole school seems to working their hardest to prepare for the festival. Even if it's just to help the class its nice that Misaki stepped up to the role though. Looks like Misaki's trying to gauge Yukari's reactions with the play. Misaki's description of what love is was interesting. Misaki really has been in love with Yukari for that long then. To her being assigned to the same school and class must have indeed been a miracle to her. Its really sad that despite everything that Misaki didn't end as Yukari's assigned wife though. Misaki really was brave to maintain these feelings and admit them to Yukari despite knowing that it will only hurt her. An interesting episode as always. It will be interesting to see what Yukari will do now. |

I don't agree with this theory... and I'm team Misaki, don't get me wrong. It has been said that before people have rejected the assigned couples, and even if its bad seem and punished is something acceptable. Besides, the secret interactions between Nisaka and Misaki are something yet to explore, and the white haired girl who works for the government but also is Misaki's friend (this is really suspicious) You are getting wrong the points of the plot. The debate of the show is not government imposition vs freedom to love, It is something more like Platonic love VS Ideal love (one is proven by science but not accepted by the protagonists, the other is only supported by expectations and no facts) -Misaki and Nejima before his assignment have never spoke with each other, and were always fantasying about their encounter, but never had the chance the meet the real person (its emphasized several times that their romance is far from perfect, and after the confess they are forcing it to be true -mostly Misaki who is the one who always take the first step, and in the last chapters Nejima has been reacting with something that resembles more pity than love-) |

| Nisaka > Misaki > Lilina is all I'm saying, though they are all likeable characters. I particularly feel bad for Nisaka and Misaki though ;_; speaking of which, when will those two get their notice? Seems to me like it's convenient for the plot that those two stay available but I have no idea if the manga expands upon this later. Ishida Akira voicing Nisaka's dad <333 |
Misaki's tears... ;( Honestly this show is so bittersweet. I like to see both happy yet one will end up heart broken and well it looks like Misaki is going through that phase already. I felt like the OST used for that ending scene was so KyoAni imo. Nisaka with breasts xD His reaction was priceless. lol Overall this show imo is the anime of the season. Very good OST's and the OP/ED are so beautiful. |

| Man this was a sad episode. Misaki really loves Yukari. The story is getting better honestly. Why do they talk about boobs so much? This is like the second episode which mentioned boobs in the preview. The last time it was something about the government lady's boobs, and it didn't even make it into the episode. The creators think we will tune in next episode for the boobs? That's all they have to tell us about the upcoming episode? |

| Another spineless slob of an mc with the story turning out to be just another cliched harem and characters with KanaHana as seiyuu to have to have the kanashi ending.Misaka being an introvert as same as the mc never expected her emotions to be expressed to yukari from the start rather accepted the fate which lies ahead for them while cherishing every bit of memory which she had of yukari for since the 5 grade which seems mutual ,love Ririna too amd feel bad for her for matching up with a ambivalent character |

| Not enough Ririna. What we did see was enjoyable, though. Nisaka managed to hog the limelight for once, so we got to meet his seemingly eccentric father as well. |
| 1st half is a Nisaka centred episode and we got to see his weird dad. BUT DAMN! the 2nd half clearly shows that we should still stick for #TeamTakasaki! Takasaki really stole this episode! she truly loves Nejima but is it also truly faithful!? 5/5. |

| This episode was on the weak side. Nisaka part was really boring, mostly because I couldnt care about less the fate of gender swapped romeo play. Also Misaki monologue was annoying and honesly dont understand why he likes Nejima so much, Ririna is just better fit for Nejima. Anyway the lack of Ririna was also a big downer. |

| sorry, i hope Misaki gets the love she deseve, with or without nejima. I couldnt care less Nejima chose Ririna, that kind of Guy isnt worth to fall in love and wait for. Misaki suffered too much already. Ans I just can't get some people, is it weird to fell in love with someone and like them so much when you're still a kid? as if it so weird for Misaki to love nejima that much, jeez people |

| Damn feels! I was wondering if Nisaka was gonna kiss him on those stairs... didn't happen. Misaki episode. I don't like not seeing Ririna but, it was necessary at this point. OMG that's awesome/hilarious! Yukari needs to take #PillMisaki. #PillRirina is mine! |

Life will be harder for them, but not impossible, y'know? :3 Motoi said to not be like the shithead he is and be true to his own feelings, soooooo ^^' OR *lightbulb* HAVE TWO WIVES!!!! LOL JKS. My little Nisaka ;~; after all of this, I feel like he has it the roughest :'( Neji doesn't even know his feelings EXIST.
