| Awww, that episode was really sweet with Leo and Nej becoming friends and eating burgers but then it was so sad that that guy beat Nej up and then they forgot about each other. But Leo sort of felt like it had happened before. I thought there would be significance to the poster behind them that said "don't forget me" and there was. That was nice. So Leo finally meets Black properly and he lies that they've never met before. I just changed my Tumblr theme to one I found of this anime and it's pretty sweet! |

| I'LL TAKE A BURGER, PLEASE. This was a beautiful, heartwarming, and somehow tragic episode. I'm glad Leo and that little alien twerp met again at the end. This series is starting to remind me of Cowboy Bebop in the method it approaches and mixes up the series with fast-paced, action packed episodes and slower, more emotional episodes. This show kinda has a similar stylistic flair as Bebop, too, not to mention its soundtrack. |

| I can't believe those bastards got away with beating poor Chopper Nej like that. Since they have amnesia though they'll probably get what's coming to them from that mobster. Interesting that Nej and Leonardo met the same way they did the first time. |

| Ahh yes the lure of comfort food. I loved this episode. And to think, this incident may have very well replayed itself various times of the course of months lol And yet Leanardo always ends up discharged from the hospital like normal lol. EPIC! |

| holy shit what the hell is wrong with this anime.. They just made me watch a cute and innocent fluffy mushroom get beaten helplessly.. TWICE! :( Seriously, Leo's so fucking useless. Can't even fucking use his eyes without waiting for someone to get hurt. And when they forgot each other and then Leo was walking down the street then he cried while eating his burger and then Nej came running towards him.. I just lost it. I cried like a little bitch. I'm so weak when it comes to this kind of stuff. I don't even care about those stupid black and white twins I just want Nej to appear again in the next episodes. |

| Damn, now I want a burger. As the poster before me said, this episode was very well executed. It explores the themes of how desperate living conditions (such as the truck drivers being in debt) can lead people to scapegoat and act viollently, and the relations between normal people and "outsiders", but the best part of it was that it was still entertaining and stylish regardless. |

| I can't believe I have not watched this sooner. This was my favorite ep so far. The drama/comedy and great music (again) all in one episode. I need to track this OST down. They use music so well in this show. I can't think of a better show than this as far as music utilization is concerned. |

| That bat scene... I almost wanted to just wanted to skip it, watching cute things get beat up is sad. Sigh... Leo has wtf eyes, he really needs to learn how to use them properly in the future. |

| The Leo and Nej story was adorable! On the other hand, I really hope the plotline with those twins is going somewhere sooner than later, otherwise I'm gonna be mad. It bugs me that I still don't know what their role is in the story. Who are they gosh darn it? |

| Zapp and Leo eating burgers together :D So we heard a little bit more about the realtionships humans and non humans have with each other. I can see that it's not easy and most humans seeing them more as monsters. I liked how Nej and Leo became friends even if I could never ever eat so much burgers :o Sad that Nej's ability was the reason his mother forgot about him. Also the scene with the bat was pretty brutal, a perfect example how greedy some people can be. And finally Leo meets Whites older brother officially.... I mean we saw that hey met before and I wonder why Black was saying they didn't. |

| Woah where did that come from!? This episode was filled with comedy, drama and the feels that came out of nowhere. The music in this was phenomenal and was used so well. It was interesting to see a bit more of what the city is like and how its society operates. I like how the anime touches on things like prejudice, discrimination and divide among the human and alterworld populace. It’s not just painting a rosey picture that everything is perfect. But I loved how Leo and Nej met and built such a fantastic bond with each other that went beyond simple memories. It was funny, heartfelt and brilliant. So painful to watch them be beat up like that but I’m glad that both of them were fine in the end. Although they lost the those precious moment of their initial time together at least they will have more to rediscover their friendship! Totally took me by surprise and I’m now absolutely hooked to this anime (writing at 4am after watching watching half the series!). Absolutely love it! |

| At first I thought that was the same kind of the creatures as the Radish Spirit from Spirited Away. But because the bigger truck driver kept calling him a "toadstool", I guess he's fungus based by design. Love and Peace, where is that from? Space Adventure Cobra? Oh, at least both of his parents are still alive. So he looked human in the flashback? A mutation, or a human in an organic suit like the reverse of the guy from the last episode? For a moment I thought the change in the bigger truck drivers design meant he was slowly turning into a toadstool monster, guess it was just bad animation. Ah brother, not a love triangle, then. |

| Well this episode was quite dark compared to the ones before it. Nej forgot his own mother due to his amnesia-inducing spores. FeelsBadMan That moment when that pizza delivery guy was beating the mushroom trying to make it release its spores; why do I feel like this is an allegory for masturbation. Was starting to get worried we were going to get into an endless eight situation with the way everything was repeating itself. Leo and Nej forgot all their memories together. Got hit right in the kokoro. Ughh Black and White are so darn cute, but I hope we learn more about their pasts; everything seems to be a mystery at the moment. Good episode. Preferred the last one, but this one was good too. 8/10 |

| Man, this was the episode I ended up watching in the hospital that caused me to actually tear up and get interested towards the series. I didn't end up tearing up this time around but seeing Nej and Leonardo reunite in the end made it really hard to hold it in! |
