| Those damn after-credit scene. They're so funny x) ''You will be able to eat!'' / ''Yay!'' / ''But you first have to brutally murder the crayfish!!'' / ''NOOO!!'' Naru face at the beginning was so disturbing. It reminded me of that ''meme face'' from that gay manga or something like this :P She's smelled manliness though. Dat glasses-girl... She's so crazy, it's damn hilarious. I was believing so much that it would be a BL manga, but that thing... She will be the perfect future edgy writer xD Panchi... is a pretty decent being in the end. That show, I love it so much. One of the best show of the season and probably the best surprise. Wasn't expecting that much from the show, end up waiting patiently each week :3 |

| As a struggling newbie artist, this is hands down the healing anime that I needed in my life right now. ...Could care less about the fujoshi humor though, I've seen that a bajillion times already. |
This anime keeps getting better and better. So happy that I decided to watch it despite the fact that the plot sounded rather uninteresting! There wasn't a part during this episode when I had anything but a massive, silly grin on my face. I think it's hilarious how Barakmon takes some opportunities to break the third wall [ish], such as when Seishuu is carrying manga books such as Fullmetal Alchemist and Tama despairs about trying not to be a fujoshi. I think a lot of us can relate to Tama, especially with her first experience reading a BL manga! I, for one, can say that was a pretty accurate depiction of the first time I saw a yaoi picture. This episode was entertaining also due to the parody of epic run scenes in anime. The mochi scene was really charming, and all the personalities of the characters so far are unique and adorable; the not-so-bromance between Seishuu and Hiroshi is one of my favourite elements of this anime because I think it kind of pokes fun at the tendency of us anime-watchers to jump to conclusions whenever we see any scenes between two guys. Speaking of Seishuu, I'm surprised that I can relate to his personality! He's far from a perfect character who can win all the calligraphy competitions; his personality is just as flawed as a real person's and I think that really helps in making him more believable. By the way, that Naru face in the beginning was equally shocking as it was hilarious! I'm really looking forward to the rest of this anime. It's going to be great! |

| This show is a real winner this season, the comedy is spot on and the more serious moments have heart and are very touching. The characters are quite lovable and theres a real chemistry with how they interact, and everything is just so easy to watch and enjoyable. This show is definitely a keeper. |

| Naru in the beginning was just too hilarious. Also, the glasses girl reminds me of MAL, specifically the eliter side of MAL. When she was describing her definition of a shounen manga, my mind went straight to thinking of certain members of the MAL community. Lol. |

| Dat manga author otaku girl haha. Pretty much every scene with her was comedy gold, especially when she was preaching about having a dark story that subvert shonen tropes. Yeah FMA and Soul Eater! It's not often I see actual manga books that resemble real ones in anime that I watch. I watched Brotherhood and Soul Eater, but didn't read either manga though. 2nd half of the episode was okay, more typical stuff I guess. Dude was really upset with 2nd place, when that's a huge improvement over what he was doing before though. He's acting like one competition is everything hmm |

| Yup. Tama confirmed fujoushi in denial. As if Death Note (and shounen in general) wasn't fujoushi fodder! Sensei and Hiroshi are very sweet friends(?), though, so I can see the delusion. And I wasn't aware fudanshi was even a thing. Am very amused. The "heartwarming" bit was somewhat awkwardly paced but the old ladies were BAM/10. |
