| So intense. I don't care if Eijun is the typical shounen MC. He's awesome and hilarious to watch! His swings LOL. Satoru is pretty badass as well. Miyuki fun and adorable as usual. Interested to see the new guys with the bangs covering his eyes! =P Hyped for next week. |
| Forgot that he strikes out and gets on base with some advice from Haruichi. I was in shock when he knocked the helmet of the umpire/coach in the manga as well lol. Now things are just getting started in this little scrimmage. |

Go Furuya! He immediately got into first string due to his fast pitch that none of the first year catchers can catch :) Eijun is just too hilarious, I just caught up on the English scanlations, and I have to say, Ohsaka Ryota (as well as it being animated) makes the comedy even better. I cracked up so many times in this episode...especially when Eijun goes into the baths and realizes that the coach who he was bad-mouthing was also there. But it was also kind of good luck for him because the coach saw how much determination Eijun had and how he has an attitude fitting for an ace. Ah can't wait to see Haruichi in action! Too bad the episode ended with him saying "nice run." |

| That was So good ^^ Eijun is a really fun MC :D...Lol'd so much when he was talking bad about shades then finds him in the bath XD Coach trolled him at the start with "Play field" XD Furuya's pitch was epic. Totally makes the catcher know his place. Can't wait to see Miyuki catching it. Eijun's batting was so lol. Can't wait to see his pitches nxt. I wonder if any of the catchers can catch that either? I think only Miyuki can catch those eccentric hits too hehe. Well I think we can guess who the players joining the 1st strong are already. |

| Lol at Eijun failing at everything, but it's obviously the typical maneuver of the spokon. Btw, hilarious episode. Next episode he's gonna be a pitcher as the preview suggests, then finally we'll see more of his potential. Can't wait. |

| Yes, that's why I dislike Furuya - bruteforcing his way and stealing Miyuki like it's the most natural thing to do. Too goddamn rude by my standards. I'm all for Eijun, he's a riot, and when he and Miyuki bicker, they make a great comedy duo. kuuurt said: Not a sliver of romance, unless you count some not-too-direct bromance. Or unless the anime doesn't follow the manga and adds romance absent in the original work.Will this series have a hint of romance? |

| Just a small disclaimer. Don't look forward to Eijuns pitching too much. It'll take a bit of time for him to polish up his pitching. So he wont go all "Honda Goro" on us anytime soon. Dia no Ace is more a team focused series than anything so people who are expecting the focus to always be on Eijun are going to be a little disappointed. But stick w/ it. It gets really good for those who can get past this little pet peeve. It captures the Japanese high school baseball atmosphere really well and makes you really root for the team as a whole rather than just one individual. Although Eijun would make a good showing in this scrimmage nonetheless. |

| Lolol. Everyone vying to be Miyuki's pitcher, I love it. Nice, three weeks of running with the tires. 'Desire to monopolize the mound'... Reminded me of Mihashi in Ookiku Furikabutte. XD I wonder if Eijun will have to do deal with another pitching in his place some day? Once he becomes Ace. I really want to know who the pink-haired guy is now. That was a great, high-energy episode!! |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
