| Great episode. Loaded w/ setpiece moments. Loved it. But man, Guts' victory was incredible. |

And there, one day Gatsu out of the blue decides to leave him! And he does! What the heck! How can it be?! Griffith totally didn't saw that coming so no wonder it came as a shock to him.... >< |

| That was badass! Guts totally took Griffith down, and with surprising ease. Had he not held back Griffith would've been cleft in two instead of just having a bruise. Insane strength on Guts' part just to stop that giant weapon in mid-swing. No wonder he's stronger than Griffith, he's been killing everyone and leveling up, getting mad XP while Griffith's been practicing his diplomacy and seduction skills. Tho that wound up with him under arrest, and he could wind up charged with killing the queen. 5/5 |

| This episode killed me. What a scene that "goodbye" was. Griffith is all dark side now. One of the best episodes I've seen in an anime series. Simply Brilliant. |

| Wow, probably the best episode so far. It's nice to see how much stronger Guts has gotten. Griffith couldn't last a minute against him. It looks like Griffith is also starting to change and he ended up having sex with the princess because of his anger. 5/5 |

| So Gutts symbolizes Griffith's sword, and since Gutts left Griffith has no sword. |

| All three main characters are so interesting. Even though Griffith finally got what he wants, he couldn't let go of Guts. He is the one thing Griffith could never truly control, and it's driving him crazy. |

Now that one of my possession is to be taken away from me, I have to take it back! His craze thus leads him to his break down...and there you have it. (Should have the keyhole sealed.) |

| holy shit, this episode was amazing. The talk between Guts, Corkus, and Judeau so real...fuck. First time seeing Griffith failing and in such a state of shock...it's a different vibe and I don't know how to feel about it. |

| Rewatching Eng dub, Guts thinking Griffith would get over him is to be expected. Since Griffith shows a lot of confidence and great mentality. The fact that It affected Griffith so much to see Guts leave is odd.. |
