| Pretty good episode, even though this Level Upper arc didn't interest me all that much. The whole deal with all the 10,000 thoughts resulting into a rampaging fetus was pretty weird. Hopefully the next arc will interest me more! I sense some foreshadowing with that woman doing damage control on the nuclear facility though. =/ |

| as expected as misaka <3333 so in the end the fetus was defeated, 10,000 people were saved but those sleeping children still hasn't save yet why can't they just friggin let her borrow that so called tree dimension :// |

Idk man Enel can teleport and his thunder covers a huge area, but biribiri might be imune to the electricity and enel may be too, and since it may come down to a physical fight, Enel's teleportation puts him over the edge. Anyway great arc, it almost felt like a video game when you're about to face a boss (but then it ends up being an easy boss fight for Misaka). Misaka was awesome here and the OP song coming on add a nice touch. Anyway I guess we can expect a few fillers now before we get into the last arc. |

Even if Touma may be stronger in certain situations, her abilities are a lot more varied and interesting; and, in turn, her fights are a lot more fun to watch. Next up is a beach episode with a pretty damn long name. |

| That sure was a lot different than the original series in type of enemies! Was quite some enemy I really liked this was interesting and bad ass especially when she used "perhaps" her full power! Was really a nice arc seems to be ended now but we might see something later of this in the story! Lets see what's next! Nice and sweet ending as well! |

| 5/5 The story arc has ended really well, beautiful storytelling and compelling not trivial, even the dialogues were not tainted by idealism and stupidity. Drawings and animations good, but still a tad lower than expected! |

| So I'm really enjoying this series so far. I suppose the light-hearted tone and just generally fun episodes were a good change of pace from Index, though the darker side of science that was hinted here proves to be interesting. This episode was great. The opening song playing during the battle and sad, sweet ED song during the ending scene were perfect. Personally like the fights that take place in Railgun more than in Index, even though Index was more action-packed I guess. Onward to the next episode! |

| Great ending of the arc.Why did they showed the credits in the end like its the last episode xD I love so much this Opening :D Misaka is so powerful! LVL5 :) And from i saw the next arc will be about that nuclear power plant,because that girl with the yellow pill is very suspicious,and as they said that it's a test nuclear power plant....hmmm. |

| Yay! Railgun! :D For a second, I thought we wouldn't see the epic railgun x) Misaka really is damn OP... Well, no matter she's a level 5. She could wreck so much people with her power. That remind how much carnage Accelerator could do if he was a cartoonish vilain that only kill for fun. That moment between Saten and Uiharu was really sweet. Friends are reunited and Kuroko came back to her usual self :P Now, what I wanna see this season : how Kuroko met Misaka, when Misaka became aware of her clone and what she tried to do to save them and her first encounter with Accelerator. She did said that when she encountered him, she knew she couldn't beat him. |

We just found out. They are a laughing stock. Got to see some pretty darned cool moves though. Darned those level 5's I wonder if they are going to introduce us to all of them? Prediction correct from 3 episodes ago. Saten did not become a protagonist at all, and she apologized for her "stupid" actions. Yup, a bit overly cheesy there. Beach episode the next. |

| Cool. The "meat" of the arc was in the previous two episodes, this was just an extented climax. I felt like Mikoto's battle with the baby may have gone on too long, but it was a good spectacle with some sweet sakuga, so I don't mind. Uiharu and Saten's reunion was almost kind of sweet. It was funny how Kuroko read Mikoto's mind and said all the things Mikoto was a bit anxious about, "maybe we're the bad guys" and all that. The arc was pretty basic, and I can't say I was at the edge of my seat, but something finally happened. It had some elements I liked. Dr. Kiyama is a cool character, the fetus' design was neat, and the four girls occasionally showed some of their potential, even if they're still far from as good as they could be in a better series. It would be nice if Kiyama's search for the cure came up again at some point later. |
| Good episode, I thought the cameo of 4th ranked Esper in the city, Meltdowner and her team of Espers was kinda neat. (Immediately after the antidote is broadcast, they're sitting in a restaurant). Of course, I wouldn't have noticed that if this were my first time watching this ... it's a rewatch, so... I guess it would have been nice if the AIM Burst monster was a little more dangerous. It had some techniques, but they were all easily deflected. Yeah, it picked her up and threw her, I guess, but that doesn't mean much to someone who can control electromagnetism. |

| It's good that we don't see Mikoto being OP and badass too often, because it makes more of an impact when we get reminded of what she can do. The calm confidence she has when it's absolutely necessary actually compliments her usual - less cool -persona quite well |

| Dr. Kiyama's last words to Misaka before she was taken away & then Misakas Face & reaction to it lol Misaka is weakened & Kuroko uses the opportunity to rape her (well at-last Misaka regains enough strength to pay her back at the hospital roof) lol & new the real antagonist shows herself at the end (i mean red haired 4eye), its so obvious Gator said: Somehow this "opponent" felt quite underwhelming to me. | Great end to the arc, seeing Misaka kick ass with her power never fails to be cool, they even played the OP! Let's see if Saten can overcome her inferiority complex, she was close to lose something miles more worth than having power due to the level upper. |

| Nice ending for the arc. It seems that the only thing that make it powerful was regeneration. I like how Misaka defeated to that thing. Level Upper users regain consciousness, that creepy fetus is defeated and everything is ok again. Still, they need to save those kids. I'm curious about that evil smile of the mysterious woman. |
