| Not exactly the second season but when I first got into jojo bizarre adventure, i mistakenly started with the 90s ova of part 3 instead of the 2012 part 1 and 2 anime and I pretty much watched most of it in one sitting without even realizing. |

| A friend of mine accidentally watched Kekkai Sensen and Beyond b4 Kekkai Sensen. In a way, I could see it being a stylistic choiice cuz it'd actually work well lol. |

| Not an entire season, but I remember back when I was still a casual anime watcher I had tuned into Cartoon Network and it showed the first episode of the second season of Code Geass. I thought it was the first episode ever so I thought "holy shit so this anime is about a guy who has no idea he's like this big terrorist person people are all crazy about?! No wonder my friends dig this show so much, I'ma watch this show now". Actually started the show from the very first episode on some streaming site after that. I still liked it (back then, at least), but I was a little disappointed. I wanted some amnesia fuckery or at least some D.I.D. shenanigans with Lelouch secretly being Zero without his knowledge. That woulda been neat. |

It's weird that they adapted the second half first, but I guess they had a limited amount of episodes so they skipped to the most interesting part. At least they did adapt the beginning later to give some context. |

| Yeah, it happened to me once when I used to watch anime on Animax. I was watching D. Gray-Man Hallow and was not able to follow their conversations then I googled it found out that this is the second season with the first season having over 100 episodes. |

| I did watch season 2 of Kamisama Hajimemashita before I watched season 1. How the story is told, i didn't understand that I was watching the second season at the time. it was after I finished it and clicked up Myanimelist to score it, that I saw it was the second season I watched. |

| Yes! I began watching the end of "Erased" on accident. I remember thinking, "this is a weird way to begin the story" then I realized I played the wrong episode. Long story short, had to watch what ended up becoming one of my favorite animes, already knowing how it ends. |

| Not really a season, but I watched the specials of Unbreakable Machine-Doll before the actual series. It was very confusing as I didnt know what the characters were doing. Also, idk if it counts but I dont watch Precure in the airing order of the seasons except the actualy sequels. |

| I don't think it ever happened to me, I always check the order of release before watching anything. I think I once started watching some second season (don't remember which anime exactly it was) because I mistook the title, but I realized and corrected that before the end of the first episode. EDIT: Maybe some stuff I saw on TV as a kid (like DBZ before DB), but that's it. |

| It was with Familiar of Zero Before I started watching on the internet it was aired and locally dubbed at my country, I didn't know that they had aired the s1 before since I don't watch that much content on their channel. Halfway through the anime I felt that the pacing was too fast and there were things that didn't make sense so I looked it up. Then I binge-watched the s1 to keep myself on track |
