| This is probably the best short series this whole year, Homare never disappoints me with her random gigs, none of them are irritating at all, good cast and a great main female lead. Homare just randomly catching a bug and eating it on the spot never gets old. |

| With her survival experience its natural that Homare would become the master of both the island and the group. Asuka though really is the most laid back of the group. The patch test though sure was a just punishment for her lol. Looks like Shion is having quite the tough time in adapting to life on the island as a result of her rich lifestyle. Though basic Homare's knowledge really is helping in making the girls life that much better. Overall an interesting ep as always with the focus on food skills being most insightful. |

| Lotsa fan service. Who woulda thought hermit carbs looked like that inside the shell (unless mangaka doesn't know wtf he's on about). The nice thing about this anime is I actually feel like I learn something. |
| Despite having such companions, I'm impressed about how much patience Homare has. Definitely best girl in the series. Nothing much to add. It was another average episode overall. |
| Good episode again, I'm glad I decided to watch this anime, even if it's only going to be a short one. I just hope they end up getting rescued, I don't think I'd be okay with eating hermit crab xD |

| Asuka always the one getting punished for stupid mistakes. The rotten jam in the previous ep, and now poison radish. Laughed when she said "sounan desuka" in the commercial. :p a more normal looking meal this time with shellfish. :) |

The delicacy thing was admittedly referring to crabs in general - the only hermit crab I know of that is considered a delicacy is the coconut crab, which clearly isn't the type being eaten here, although in looking now I have found various references to other hermit crabs being eaten in various parts of the world. I would imagine that it would be similar to filter feeding shellfish in that the quality of the environment (and consequently what they are taking in) very strongly affects how good they are to eat. |

| This show has the weirdest appeal, making me wonder why I'm watching it but being enjoyable regardless. This episode was good, I enjoyed the poison gag, and it's interesting seeing how they got the shower working. Kind of wish they'd stop with the joke of eating insects, like we get it you're grossed out by it, but in a situation like that you gotta do what you gotta do. Hopefully episode 4 will have less of it, they kind of brushed over the Cicada's but put a huge emphasis on the Hermit Crabs. Besides that, the episode was good and I'm enjoying this series, it's a good 12 minute distraction. |

| The only bad part for this show that it's too short. It's concerning that people are so grossed out of eating bugs. I've eaten bugs before (cooked) and it's not bad at all. Taste like nuts or something like that. Together with a beer or so it will do well! |

| Looks like my hope last week become true. They show more survival tips this week. At least they have an almost normal meals this time, I don't know how hermit crab taste like, but shellfish is delicious. They also finally built a simple shelter. Actually when they said shower, I thought they will cut a branch and let their water out, just like what I saw in some movies. |

| I got distracted while watching the episode and found out that hermit crabs line up to change shells. Asuka goes in first and steals the shellfish that Homare picked out because she's too lazy and hungry to do so herself is a subtle but fitting touch. |
