| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, they jumped pretty quick into the quizzes this episode. The competition felt fierce between the competitors. I do like how some of them use clever thinking to come up with their responses though. I also think this episode went into the most depth with analysis. Good stuff, business really picked up this week. |

| Koshiyama finally found something he enjoys, other than reading. I liked how intense the competition was. There is also rivalry between Koshiyama and Mikuriya. |

| Great episode again. The quiz was really fun to watch and I'm glad to see Koshiyama finally learning to enjoy the various aspects of quizzes. Too bad both him and Fukami didn't qualify for the finals but as expected Mikuriya won the quiz bowl. The scene where Koshiyama arrived at the answer before Mikuriya was awesome, though blurting it out like that was definitely a mistake on his part. Final scene with both Fukami and Mikuriya urging Koshiyama to take up Quizzing was great. :) |

| Intense as usual, i wish i could answer some of these questions (i knew the right answer for the anime question, my initial thought was ''anime movies'' though and that's no good in quiz shows where you have more detailed right answers). The etiquette was also mentioned, it's obvious but i liked that they showed it. You can't just give out hints from the crowd like that (even if unwillingly). |
| The quizzes was fun to watch. Got to learn more on how you can answer them. Koshiyama just figured out that he enjoys quizzes. There was some rivalry with him and Mikuriya. I like he urged Koshiyama to do quiz bowl. That was great. |

| I have to say this anime actually offers a rather unique way of interacting with its viewers. In here it becomes a bit of a game for you as well by trying to figure out the answers to the questions yourself before the show reveals them. Of course actually doing so is pretty difficult considering that the questions themselves aren't always easy, but also you don't get much time to think and don't even get to hear the full question, so there's a lot of guessing involved but every once in a while you succeed. I think I snatched 3 or 4 of them in this episode (like the Mamoru Hosuda and Ragnarok ones) before the characters in it; it's kind of satisfying actually in a rather unusual way. It's like watching Jeopardy on TV sort of Fukami's voice acting is still awkward but at least I'm getting used to it, and relatively speaking it's becoming a minor complaint compared to how much fun the quizzes are |

| Never woudld have imagined that a simple quiz game would involve so much strategic thinking. The competition was pretty tense and it was really fun to guess with the characters. Mikuriya clearly dominated this episode, but Koshiyama is also getting the hang out of it. Good episode overall. |

| This anime is very unique that its basically like watching a quiz live and taking a part in it, trying to answer questions and i agree you dont even notice how episode ends in a flash. THis anime is like a sports overall right? MC got introduced to something unknown to him, takes part in his first competition, loses, wants to get stronger to win. A typical sports. |
| The episode was nice to just sit back and see the competition heat up. I applaud how the show just jumps into the competition because if it started off with Koshiyama learning the rules of quiz bowl like I thought the series would lead to I would have already dropped this anime but so far each episode has been a pleasant surprise with the interesting facts, captivating thought prosses, and just a generally light tone this anime takes. |

| Really enjoying this series time just flies on by when I watch it without noticing. Shame it's rated low on MAL. Also getting use to Fukami's voice actor, as long as it's not anything to overly dramatic. |

| This was marginally better, more "action", so to speak, so it didn't feel quite as bad. The female lead's acting is still horrible (oh, maybe one of the reason I found the episode better was because she had fewer lines this time?) Ah, also, had to laugh at Koshiyama's long and complicated line of thinking and even psychic Mikuriya taking his sweet time at one of the questions when you could already guess the answer the moment they said "The Abbey". |

| Definitely the best and therefore my favorite episode of this show. Fukami and Mikuriya urging Koshiyama to join the quiz bowl circle was the highlight moment of the episode, really nice to see. Similarly, like previous episodes, the quiz bowl competition was intense and intriguing to witness. I wish I could answer at least one question but unfortunately I'm not even fit to be a beginner. Nonetheless, I think this episode has really piqued my interests so can't wait for that competition due in June and the build up until then. Fukami's voice is good but unfit for Fukami's role, though I'm slowly getting used to it. |

| Fukami's VA's performance is noticeably better than in the first 2 episodes. I just hope it continues to improve. Although, maybe that was because she didn't speak much in this episode. |

| Well I got the Mount Rushmore question right. Also, I thought the answer to the question involving Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time would be 'Madhouse' since both of those were animated by them lol. I liked the intensity of the quiz in this episode, Koshiyama didn't advance but he seems to be steadily improving. I thought it was nice that Mikuriya encouraged him to continue with quiz bowls, he's probably going to be a main rival so it's good to see that he sort of supports Koshiyama rather than being an arrogant little shit that's condescending. |

| How did Koshiyama come to the conclusion of statue of David at the end of the 2nd round? Heck, even I knew the answer had something to do with Da Vinvi. Anywho, looks like the pace has picked up a bit although I'm not a fan all the thinking moments as it really drags out. |

| Thats what i fislike about japan. Their annoying etiquette. Its good to be polite and mannered but having so many rules and etiquette for competitive sports kills the fun. |
