I mean, when she was going around acting like a kid, that might be annoying if you didn't already know that this was the result of all the horrible experiments and drugs. Oh, and "Dangar", how on earth did that slip not once, but twice?! Maybe at the end it will turn out to be a self-deprecating engrish joke, that the manufacturers of the chemical weapons were descendant from the Japanese. |

Nice job thinking a whole lot more of these people than I was. Instead of a hilarious mistake (or, at this point, hilarious ignorance), it's totally possible that it's an intentional joke. If so, they're brilliant. Good point about Rosamie or whoever, too. Eugh, the people who did that to her are monsters. >_> The writers could have at least allowed her the dignity of clothing, though. | This episode was intense! Finally Titans managed to do something important. I thought that Camille would yet again save the day but nice to see that heroes can fail to save the day sometimes and not just faceroll their way to victory. I wonder what kind of drama we get with Rosamia and Reccoa. Camille seemed to take Rosamia's defection pretty hard. |

| Reccoa and her storyline is freaking terrible. Her line to Char is such lol that Char should of got a shot in for her saying it. I rather deal with Rosammy for the rest of the show. Speaking of which Kamille's reaction to her defecting is completely over-the-top. Even Fa was more sensible and when Fa is more sensible you know you're making a big deal over nothing. |

And yay we get to see Rosamia's boobs for at least more than 10 minutes ^^ I love how it's normal to be naked in the show without anyone turning around aside from the weird thoughts of Kamille. Ahh i wish more Anime's are like this nowadays. It seems she is drug in order to fool them just like Four is. Shame really, since i was hoping she's just a clumsy normal girl. And yeah Reccoa is definitely annoying me right now. It seems she has a grudge against Char even though he comforted her a few episodes ago. But damn that punch Bask gave to her face!! Not even Bright Slaps were that hard! Damn so now we have to look forwad for Kamille having no choice but to kill Rosamia, same with Char to Reccoa?? Come on now Tomino, at least save Rosamia!!! I don't want to see Kamille suffering anymore!! Can't wait for the next episode though!! |
| Why is Reccoa still alive? Even in the nothingness of space this dumb bitch manages to be a waste of air. She keeps calling Kamille a child, but she's much more of a whiny brat than he ever was or will be. Also can someone please make a gif of Bask punching her in the face? That was the best part of the episode. I still don't understand why Tomino felt the need to turn Rosamia into a retarded 4 year-old: that was annoying as fuck and not cute at all. I mean, I figured she'd been brainwashed in order to facilitate the infiltration, but still. And I too have trouble believing that the AEUG would be dumb enough to take her aboard the Argama like that. Especially considering the fact that back in episode 15, Kamille saw a woman escaping the Gaplant he Char and Katz had defeated that looked exactly like Rosa'. You'd have a hard time convincing me that by the time he met her again he would've already forgotten about that. edit: nvm i found the .gif hahaha  |

| "We're not a group of murderers." Bask Ohm, right after ordering to gas an entire colony. Reccoa did it! She gased a metro station, I mean a colony for the sake of her guru! "You always looked down on others." Reccoa, to Char Aznable XD Really, is this supposed to have some impact? "He is a Char", OF COURSE he is like that. He helped a conflict to grow, he fighted in it only to perform his vendetta! He sended many of his men to death without blinking because it served him... He even wished to make a world who would exclude Oldtypes (aka the majority of the Earthlings and spacenoïds). And I could add Garma to the list: Char killed him only to reach his goal, despite him being the closest thing he would ever have from a friend. Is Kamille so upset because he is as powerless about Rosamya as he was in Sarah or Four's case? I can understand that he would like to help those people whose life has been damaged by war or war organizations. I realize now that I like what they were able to do with Fa. Seems like she is now able to be a war pilot without the struggles it gave her before. 3/5 @St0rmblade Maybe this line was some dark omen for ZZ. As for Reccoa, I felt more "horrified" than anything else about her actions and thought it was a "good" representation of lost/weak-minded people that surrendered to a guru's influence. |

| Has anyone noticed that Reccoa is the ultimate villain? Not in terms of overall competence, but in terms of sheer evilness. She didn't commit mass murder because she thought it was a necessary evil, because she believed those she was killing deserved it or because she wanted revenge or power. She was simply more comfortable with the Titans than she was with the AEUG. Wanting to be led by Paptimus instead of Char was enough of a reason to kill millions. She literally only thinks about herself - and she KNOWS it. I don't think I've ever seen a character so supremely selfish. ...That also makes her much more sincere and effective than the average villain. "Lieutenant, you are always like that! You insist on looking down on everyone!" Char? Looking down on someone? Now THAT's a plot twist. "You deserve to die! DIE!!!!" Kamille believes in that decisions regarding whether capital punishment is warranted should be made by individual soldiers. "I'm the one destined to defeat you, Char!" If Reccoa actually kills Char it better be like a certain notable anime character died: lucky shot through an artery and he bleeds out. Anything else would be a huge writing blunder. |

| Above all, I'm glad Reccoa got corrected. That particular act of hers is as annoying as Rosammy's onii-chan persona. Or perhaps gassing millions of civilians isn't against her principles...? |

| All the bitching about this episode is really annoying, if you dont see that there was a reason for her acting like a child, i dont know what to tell you. And also, while i can see how some could say he is, i dont feel like Tomino is Misogynist, he's not the best at writing female characters, but he gets better! |

| Good episode. I was wondering when the show was going to get interesting again. The part with Reccoa gassing the colony was surprising, I'm guessing that will be her breaking point which makes her finally leave after she's realized what she's done. I'm hoping they keep up this quality through to the end of Zeta. The whole middle of the series REALLY dragged. |

| Apparently the drugs they gave to Rosamia were really of great quality, given the effects they gave to her. Seriously, episode in which it reconfirms the non-infallibility of Char and brutality of the Titans. Who knows who will end the life of Reccoa, anyway, the element that most surprised me, as always, is that certain rudeness in the background, which in today's series of the same kind is no longer so common. |

I know that by then and after so many Gundam copycats, the moral ambiguity thing was becoming cliché, but come on. | As if it was not enough to show Fa naked, now they followed with Rosamia during the examination. "We're not a group of killers" - that's some Orwellian stuff coming from Bask. One capsule with poison gas now says DANGER instead of DANGAR. The one that got actually used still said DANGAR. Qum threatened to slap Char lmao. The whole plot of the kids helping Rosamia to steal a Nemo was pretty meh. Just as anything involving these kids. Reccoa's "justifications" for her actions are repulsive and unsalvageable, and her "change of mind" and cocky behaviour once she crossed the line with the gas felt unbelievably stupid. Though I think that the line was crossed when she defected to the Titans since she effectively sided with people who commited genocide, and now she did it herself. The part when Rosamia found a dead kid was cruel. She said "the sky is falling" again lol. Just as Bertolchika. What's with this line? |

| Like, why are they even showing us Reccoa's InTeRnAl ConFlIcT (for a whole 10 seconds)? It just make her look even dumber considering her "reason" (you tell her Kamille, although i wouldn't call her "an adult" as i wouldn't call adults 100% of the female characters of the show, it's honestly terrible to see this after the first series, which have an actually decent female stuff composed by normal females with a three digit QI). You wanted to make a dumbfuck awfully written character making 0 sense whatsoever? Good then, at least be coherent and do not try to give her a characterization she doesn't have. Good lord. And yes Rosammy is a terrible character too (honestly i think every "artificial newtype" will be, the more decent was Four and she still wasn't an interesting chara tbh) but not even slightly as annoying as Reccoa. I'd like her to die horribly but also i do not want to see her on screen at all so idk (i gave this series a 8 for now, if they continue down that path the last 10 episodes i'll have to score it down at 7 and i'd hate to because i actually like the plot a lot but holy fuck they ruined it) |

| This must be my favorite episode, and a turning point for the show and specifically Reccoa's character. She became such a good villain, and still somewhat tragic. She had hints of doubt or hope that the mission wouldn't succeed, but she went through with it. Shes evol without honor, a very strong Neutral Evil type. This characterization made the slow roll plot line with reccoa worth it. I felt for most of the show that nothing was developing but now I see how much reccoa's storyline adds to the narrative. |

| Even when Reccoa was initially revealed to have joined the Titans, I didn't fully understand why people so vehemently hate her. Oh, but I do now. As for Rosammy, why would Kamille react so strongly to her heel turn when he's only known her for like a couple of days at most? And was there any reason she had to act like a literal child, other than to give the dumb pointless kids something vaguely useful to do for a while? Is this just gonna be a bad recap of the Four stuff? |
| What a roller coaster of an episode that gets people in this thread upset lol. I think people need to ease up on a bit, just because they are annoying doesn't mean they deserve to die. The only one that deserve that is Reccoa for what she has done this episode. I'll just say this one thing though, they better view her as a true enemy this time for help killing those innocent people, the entire colony, in a worst way possible. That is right Kamille, never ever forgive what she has done and you better treat her as an enemy this time with no hesitation. |

| Oh, man, where do I start. I'm enjoying this series, for the most part, and I consider it an improvement over the '79 series in many ways. But the way it has handled some of its female characters is... perplexing, to use a mild word. Four provided the only interesting "romance", up until now, and she died... ahem, "twice". Mouar was the only voice of reason in the Titans - and she sacrificed herself to save that jerk, Jer(k)id. And Reccoa... damn. I liked her up until the middle of the show. I mean - remember the time she met Kai? Even those mood swings of her, even the fact that she defected to the Titans! I enjoyed the "grayness", since it provides more layers of depth to a character, than the usual black or white. In general, I tend to like gray characters in a show. And, I'll be honest: I, too, thought (as Camille did), that she had some kind of "plan" or something. Being "controlled" by Scirocco seemed too simplistic. There's got to be something more, right? So, I waited and refrained from condemning her. Even if there was no plan, I expected her contradictions would... lead somewhere. "That's ok", I thought. I've seen many "troubled" anime characters. But after this episode... what can I say. Guess I should just go for the ride and not have any expectations, since it's obvious many of these female characters aren't written in the best possible way. Anyway. Going for the ride... |
