Tokyo Ghoul
Manga: Ajin
...then you might like
Ajin
If you liked Tokyo Ghoul’s chaotic prompt to have the protagonist find out they are a deviant species, you will certainly like Ajin. They both have intricate systems of how their supernatural beings work which is enjoyable if you like gore (and biology, of course.) Additionally, they both dwell deeply in psychological and sociological themes—specifically if it is alright to sacrifice a minority for the sake of the whole. Character-wise, unlike melodramatic Kaneki Ken, Nagai Kei is an extremely pragmatic and detached character. Though scared at first, Nagai never lets his emotions cloud his judgment and comes up with outstanding strategies unlike Kaneki who often lashes out (Centipede? Dragon?) Both are also extremely overpowered compared to others of their kin. Another thing worth pointing out is the art. Personally, I find TG’s art to be quite unmemorable compared to its sequel TGre: (read it, for art’s sake). Though TG’s art could deliver its impact at certain points, it falls short in comparison to Ajin’s art where there is a cathartic moment in every other chapter (really.)

Manga: Berserk
If you liked
Berserk
Manga: Devilman
...then you might like
Devilman
Both address themes such as hope, fanaticism and violence, also work the concept of humans and demons trying to coexist and questions of man being the wolf of man, in Berserk there is a bow that closely resembles the rebellion or awakening of demons in Devilman, in addition to the fact that the Miura was quite inspired by the violent and grotesque essence of some works of the Nagai as Violence Jack and most likely Devilman, obviously that Berserk uses these elements in several other ways, thus composing his own characteristics. The relationship of Ryo and Akira is also very similar to that of Griffith and Gutts, one using the other as a tool to reach their goals but both having strong bonds of friendship. The dichotomy of their egos is also super interesting, as Ryo and Griffth are more objective while Akira and Gutts live without a specific course, both just following life conveniently by solving short-term conflicts

Very different themes (one is a "ghost" story, whereas the other is centered around music), but the relationship between the main characters in both of these manga are very similar. Both relationships start slowly and reluctantly, and end up with the main characters providing a lot of emotional and psychological support for one another. In neither does the manga focus on the physical or sexual aspects of a romantic relationship. The characters struggle through many challenges together, however, neither pair ends up with a happy ever after ending. Both are also webcomics, and are very emotional to read.

As for differences, SnA is not as heavy as Diamond Dust, and involves a younger cast. The relationship in Diamond Dust is romantic, whereas in SnA it is a platonic "bromance"

Both serie are also really light on fan service with no harem and a very slow romance or no romance.

It's LITERALLY impossible you won't like Ping Pong Girls if you like Saki. I have a theory, for which I have no proof but neither doubts: every Ping Pong Girls fan is also a Saki fan. You have teams of girls with (kind of) supernatural powers playing a game that doesn't seem like it needs them. They participate in national school tournaments to be the very best. They are also very moe and very gay. The art in PPG is totally awesome as well, although very different from Saki's. Granted, you have a lot more variety of characters in Saki, while Ping Pong Girls focus MOSTLY in one match (I mean, MC's team vs Not-Ryuumonbuchi), and half of that match is taken up by the match (1vs1) of literally the best character I've ever seen. Ping Pong Girls is also a bit more mature. But both manga do have a similar essence. So go read it. (You might need to watch the anime first since the part of the manga that was animated wasn't translated yet. The anime has some filler and it might get way too moe at times until the point it becomes a little boring, but overall is good, and worth watch it if after doing it you can read this precious manga).
