RIP.

You forgot about Kouji Wada who has been singing the Digimon songs since the first series.

Rest in Peace.
I already knew about Kouji Wada. I was just referring to the voice casts who passed away.

The body count is off the charts this year alone.

I will remember her as a great seiyuu, who dubbed Taichi Yagami from Digimon and made Eris from Saint Seiya movie even more awesome character. For me, dubbing these characters made Toshiko Fujita immortal.

Rest in Peace. Condolences to her family.

As an all-time Digimon Adventure fan, I'm devastated. Her role as Taichi was fantastic, so much it almost feels as Taichi has died too. :(

Also too young. Rest in peace.

I recently rewatched Saint Seiya: Jashin Eris with Toshiko Fujita voicing Eris...
She had such an amazing voice, such a shame.

We lost another awesome voice actress.

I remember her best as Maraich from Patalliro. She had a distinctly feminine but tough voice, and was one of the earliest seiyus to bring such qualities to a female character.

RIP Ms Fujita.

Is it just me or are all the legendary voice actors passing away this year? It really is quite sad.
Fujita has voiced so many notorious roles, from Digimon to Seiya. It really is a shame. Oh well, all great things must come to an end.

RIP.

She didn't even get her wedding cake in the anime :(

Just to clarify, she only voiced Big Mom in her first appearance.

Oh, thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice.
