This is a "common-sense breaker isekai". I don't recall there being one of these yet, so calling it generic is really ignorant. Knights&Magic might barely count as such, but it's rather on the lower end in that respect.

The only true "common-sense breaker isekai" series whose anime adaptions were announced are really only this and Death March.

Also this series is one of the first reincarnation (i.e. not just merely transported, but reborn as a baby) isekai series. Knights&Magic being the only other one that comes to mind.
You must have missed Youjo Senki earlier this year, then.
Also, we need an adaptation of Honzuki no Gekokujou as an Isekai-full tensei. I would definitely watch that one, especially with good seiyuu for the main cast.

Then check

Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?
Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu
Sayounara Ryuusei, Konnichiwa Jinsei
Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
Spirit Migration

They are others where MC is actually reborn (reincarnated) instead of transported.

I was talking about those series that got an anime adaption at least announced.

No Game No Life shows how OP characters still could have interesting battle/match
Konosuba shows how isekai genre could be interesting using comedic way
Re Zero shows that adding realistic things into fantasy world could be interesting

And here we are anyway, back to generic fantasy world genre...
Already read some of the manga chapters, probably gonna pass on this one...

It's good at first but the novelty start to wear off each passing chapter. Still decent read if you are into romcom since the rom part is quite straight forward.

so, kinda like rakudai kishi no cavalry? so no then... thanks...

imho, even rakudai is better than this... rakudai still has some conflict in its plot even though its pretty mediocre...
while the MC in this one is just totally have it easy and OP af... seems like a story written to be a total self insertion of teenage neet who wish to have love and admiration which he cant get in real life...

This isn't very good. Why do they even?
I would have prefered mushoku tensei or something instead of this.

Look Another Butchered Isekai crap

Nvm I'll pass

I like how you can somehow determine that based on basically nothing.

Didn't you know? It's pretty much the norm these days to talkshit about isekai stuff. But you don't see them whining about all those school settings or other overused craps. They have a selective vision and selective memory.

I don't see this being good as an anime tbh. Its should stay as a manga.

It's more on the idiotic couple territory. They fall in love at first sight when the MC save the girl from thug. He is smitten by her beauty and she too is smitten by his strength and kindness. Not too much spoiler since this will basically in the first episode anyway.

This is sum up what happen in the LN!

MC: Use magic without chant.
Other: Wow cannot believe he did that.
MC: Make something he thought ordinary.
Other: Wow it must become national treasure.
MC : Invent something yet again.
Other: Wow he is crazy.

Anyway that is what happen in the LN when MC did something and other look in awe.

Another thing is this is not harem since he only have one love interest.

Another day, another isekai where the MC dies and put into another world.

Also, the PV... dammit. Without a doubt the most creative PV I've seen to date.

Ugh, and people didn't believe me when I said shitty LN isekai adaptations were incoming.

"Incoming?" We've been living this for about 2-3 years now. Death March and Tate no Yuusha are coming up soon too.

I've been doomsaying it for at least 2 years now lol (okay, maybe one. I can't keep track of time).

Sep 22, 2:01 PM by MortalMelancholy

I think they could've had just pull a reverse-isekai than just a normal isekai with this plot.

The "I forgot to teach him common sense" works on isekai people coming to Japan.
