As for Starzplay, they really have only 4 anime series at this point, so it's clearly not a big focus.

Yes, GTO was big surprise. And yes, as the regions list I sent, they only operate in those countries. (Not sure how Israel is handled though) You can follow this for news - https://www.facebook.com/starzplay/ but don't expect too many anime posts.

Also I just realised, Hulu also had Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3 Part 2 and We Never Learn. So they should be added for list completion.

Spain's SNK licensing is weird. You can watch S1 and S2 on Netflix and S3 Part 2 is Selecta's only stream. S3 Part 1 is not available for streaming.

Crunchyroll's worldwide licensing is rather clean. Even with so many services licesning and sublicensing SNK, it's still unavailable in a third of Europe, has the wrong language subtitles for another third. Not available in South Asia (not even on Netflix). The highlights of this season wrt licensing are Funimation better expand soon (as promised), Daisuki is being missed and Animax is on its last legs.

Thanks @Suddhadeep, wasn't aware of Starzplay so I'll add it for the sake of making the list complete. Do they have a blog or news page we could use for updates? Also, is it safe to assume that they only operate in the MENA region?

Regarding Selecta Visión, you're right. It looks like it was a misunderstanding on my part, seeing that both Spain and Portugal are listed as their licensing regions but only Spain for their simulcast.

The season was over but I will still point out a few improvments.

Selecta Vision is Spain only, European Spanish only.

Also Starzplay.com was streaming Shingeki no Kyoujin S3 Part 2 for

Animelab has Ao-chan, Nande koko ni sensei ga. Animax Asia is available in India. Selecta Vision has Attack on Titan in Spain.
