Staff of TV Anime 'Kabukibu!' Announced

The official website of TV Anime Kabukibu! has revealed the staff members for the upcoming series, along with a key visual (pictured) drawn by CLAMP. The anime is scheduled to air in April 2017 on TBS and BS-TBS.

The series revolves around kabuki, a classic style of Japanese dance-drama that combines music, drama, and dance. Kurogo Kurusu, a 15-year-old high school student has a passion for kabuki and hopes to establish a kabuki club at school. Things are not easy as they seem when he realizes that he needs to find students to join him.

Maybe I'll learn something new about kabuki, I'm definitely interested in this. It's been a while since I've seen Deen anime, but I hope it will deliver.

The original creator is a Yaoi / BL artist that have works in Be x Boy magazine, a.k.a one of the majors.
So it's another similarity with Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, also created by a Yaoi mangaka.

Hmm, I see Akatsuki no Yona's director here along with the series composition, and I won't judge the studio but I hope that it becomes pretty good honestly.
