And ummm if you leave aside the Yamagi and Shino canon ship... the interaction between both mc is filled with undertones but yeah it isn't as gay as YOI or Free! :') but still I really loved the story, so idk give it a try, maybe watch just the first 2-3 episodes?

Thank you for the expanded answer, it really was quite interesting. Well, it always seemed to me that characters like Haruka or Tatsuya Shiba are on a completely different level and are more "cool" guys than the average MC or male Love Interest in anime. Although, in my humble opinion, Suwa is the best boy in Orange.

Impressive list of qualities, except that you did not mention that he is an excellent older brother: D Pretty impressive. And what about Haruka? I always thought that such characters are popular type of anime boy.

Wow, are you watching it ever since then? I also used to watch Pokemon, Digimon and Naruto on TV, but then I stopped for a long time - until I got hooked on shounen ai/yaoi :3

oh noo D: yea learning a language has a lot of dedication but i mean if you still have your textbooks, it doesn't hurt to study when you have time to keep it fresh in your mind :) thats what I did... I kept my books and notes just so i can look at them from time to time.

I used to study both Korean and Japanese xD... but ever since graduating college and coming back from korea 2 years ago i haven't really studied at all OTL. In all honesty, I only studied Korean because of the huge kpop wave that was going on back in like 2009/2010. But my hype for the fandom has been going down hill... while my love for Japan still runs strong xD (cuz i'm also part Japanese haha) I could never get tired of anime, manga, etc.

As for studying the languages, I first studied Japanese and that kind of helped me learn Korean. but I would have to say Korean is the most easiest to learn "written" wise compared to Japanese. but speaking, i'd say Japanese is much more easier since in Korean you have to pronounce things with your tongue... which can get confusing ^^;
