TV Anime 'Qualidea Code' Airs in Summer 2016

The official website of the upcoming original TV anime Qualidea Code has announced that the series will begin airing in July 2016. A new key visual was also revealed. The series follows children of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Chiba Prefecture as they fight to defend their cities from unknown invaders.

The series is created by authors Sou Sagara, Koushi Tachibana, and Wataru Watari. It was further announced that Sagara is in charge of the scenario for the Tokyo faction, while Tachibana is in charge of Kanagawa faction, and Watari the Chiba faction.

Singer LiSA will perform the opening theme song of the series. Vocal duo ClariS and the music unit GARNiDELiA will each perform an ending theme song.

I like the idea of this anime - ensemble casts are always great, plus the singers of two of my favourite anime theme songs are doing the OP and ED!

No problem guys, no generic stuff in here. it's safe.
The staff was pretty promising too. i don't see anything that can turn this anime into a super generic thing.
i watched all the PV, and in my opinon, it looks good. i'm looking foward to it.

Well actually this is a novel concept and you can already tell that these characters aren't stereotypes and...oh who am I kidding.

I'm not too fond of the art here but I'll look forward to this cautiously. The animation looks nice and the plot seems interesting to say the least, so!

People worrying about the wrong part here. Instead of hoping the authors/script writers deal with this one, better wonder how will the director combine the idea of the three to make a watchable story. In the end, it will be in the director's hand how such collaboration story will fair.

Am i the only one not feeling especially excited about this anime ? The PV gave me a really mixed sensation and the character design didn't help either. Guess i will have to wait for the first episodes to confirm or not this bad impression.
