| First of all like 95% of Americans get married at least once in their life (excluding people who die young). So even if you're some massive weeb chances are you're perfectly capable of getting a date. You sound like you're a high school student though talking about high school age anime viewers being capable of getting laid before highschool. In which case, yes, obviously if you watch anime you're more likely to be a dork than somebody who doesn't. But anime is becoming pretty mainstream now and frankly there's a fair amount of people who watch anime that weren't dorky in highschool (I certainly did well for myself back in the day, although to be fair I didn't really pick up anime until a couple years ago but still I'm a massive fan of it now). But shit even dorks sometimes get girlfriends in Highschool. It's literally just having the confidence to ask a girl out, it takes like ten seconds and the worst that can happen is they say no, never got why kids see it as so hard to do. Besides, a bad date is just like one wasted night, most girls will say yes if you're confident as long as they're not like way out of your league. |
