| This was a really fun watch, there really isn't anything to think about. Was enjoyable and the animation and characters were great. It was a bit short though, hopefully the second season is just as fun. |
| Sometimes an anime just reminds you that it is watched to be enjoyed. LWA may not be super deep but that's the point. I love a complex story as much as the next guy, but simplicity has its own charms too. The people complaining that its too generic or the like need to learn to sit down and just enjoy the ride. And for a one shot, that was a spectacular ride. One of the things I liked is that it felt like a Japanese mobile or puzzle game setting, but animated. With so many writers trying to edgy or just pandering its great to see something break away. |

| Spectacular all the way through. This was visually fantastic, Trigger's art style is always terrific, but couple that with wonderful animation and you've got yourself a gorgeous package. The world was fun and imaginative, even in the little time we got I could feel how big and expansive this world really was. The characters were endearing despite the short time we've known them, I love Sucy especially. Music was just great, it made things feel so fun and magical (no pun intended). This was wonderful, I'd love to personally own this on blu-ray. I hope it comes to America some day. 10/10 |

| I always wanted to watch this.. and now, that a full series was announced, I gave it a try. I wonder why I waited for so long, it was beautiful. It felt trough and trough lively, the animation had a lot attention to detail and the character design was also fitting. It was a fun ride! Based Trigger. |

| Better then i expected it to be, can't really say somthing bad about it outside of the generic plot and characters. Definitely intrested in the upcoming Tv series. Sucy best girl. 7/10 |

| I finally got to finish watching this after three fucking years. I think this is one of studio Trigger's best creations. It was predictable but fun to watch. Come on, everyone knew Professor Ursula, the blue-haired witch was Shiny Chariot. If you didn't know that, get out. |

| Nothing more than a great piece of animation putting on a good show for anyone. But that's already more than a lot of things. Nothing special in terms of story, it works in this duration thanks to its simpleness and common (but effective) characters. Enjoyment: 3.5+/5 Score: 8/10 A great "demo OAV". |

| Shiny Arc! That spell was a dragon killer~ Too bad other witches see Shiny Chariot as a clown of a magic user. Akko keeps getting injured lol. Potion girl handling that minotaur with her poison was badass. I wonder what the Shiny Rod was doing in that dungeon. It's a pleasant surprise that this got a full series. It was a pretty fun watch after all. |

| I have to admit that this special is better than flm because it can condense in less time, much more action than the movie. Really great designs, animations and soundtrack. Very beautiful backgrounds. |
