Did you know that the two lowest rated anime on MAL, Skelter Heaven (1.85) and Hametsu no Mars (2.23), are literally just cutscenes taken out of PS2 visual novels and crammed together? No wonder they make no sense.
Skelter Heaven is objectively better though for having an opening by Chihara Minori.
