Anime just had to be balanced out after the announcement of SAO2. Thank God.

I'm so glad about this.

Got some motivation to finish it - previously I was stuck at ep 3, I think, because of how meh it was.

YEEEEEEEES!
5 main aspects I base my ratings on:
1. Did DramaEnthusiast make a thread about it?
2. Is it better than Breaking Bad?
3. Did MellowJello recommend the shit out of it?
4. Has it caused a (very entertaining) shitstorm on MAL?
5. Is it actually good?

Scratch the fifth point, it's not very relevant...

This gives me more of a reason to start this anime. I heard it's very good. When it came out I was little so I didn't know about it.

That feeling when you want to write out a reply to express your joy but the only thing you'd be capable of doing is mashing the keys with your tear stained face due to the sheer amount of bliss you're experiencing at the time of reading this news thread and typing this response.

It's a good feeling.

I've been meaning to watch Mushishi and this news getiing its first season downloading.
"Children of Japan. And those who were once children. Listen! This is not a dream. This is not fiction. In reality, your superheroes were always fighting. To teach viewers courage and the meaning of justice! No matter how many enemies there are. No matter how strong evil is. Just remember. Does any another country have so many heroes? Has any another country been protected by multiple superheroes? Stand with me, friends! Remember when you used to watch your superheroes!
Once you may have given up this dream. But today, you can be a hero!"

Jizzy as you would call yourself because youre a dick The most butthurt award goes to you And clearly you havent watched that many shows thats why you cant determine if a show is unique or not Or maybe you're just a child who likes common stuffs where hero saves the day and guys gets all the girls. Sad taste you have there kid you came up to me in the first place making you look more like a kid who got slapped without me even knowing it and start crying about it to me

Have been planning to watch Mushishi for months and this announcement was the final push I needed.

Definitely great. This and Fate/Night alone are going to make 2014 a great year for anime :)!

True, and we need such an amount of quality to balance out the other announced titles.

I hope for Chihayafuru S3 as well, but there is just not enough content. I think Spring 2015 is realistic, though.

Anyway, my 2014 wishlist just got a little shorter. Announcements for Gundam Origin, Dream Machine, Despera, a Mizukami adaption (Hoshi No Samidare) or a ONE adaption next, please!

Just thinking about what the new OP is gonna be like makes me excited.
On a different note, is there enough manga material to adapt a 2-cour series?

I knew this was coming, with all the rumors and the special. Didn't think we'd get the news so fast. This might be what gets the first season a 10 from me, possibly the only thing holding me back was the ending.

Apparently there are 10 volumes and the first anime adapted 6. So with a little bit of filler I think they can get a 2 cour.
