Well, I smell a lot of drama coming up soon with the ending there along with that kiss this episode. Actually, two if the CPR scene counts lol

Masuzu's imouto appears and gives Eita a kiss! Masuzu sure felt uneasy about that.

Then, Himeka makes her introduction to Eita while Chiwa and Masuzu look on.

Yeah, things sure are getting interesting quickly.

This episode should be named "Chuunibyou demo Koi ga shitai" because the title also describes this episode too.

Yes this show is still trope filled with the usual harem filled cliches but it's still interesting to watch nonetheless. Eita as a main character can be described as bland as many harem MC's* are, however I like the fact that he can figure out things on his own pick up on the unsaid things and isn't a complete doofus. As for Masuzu isn't she a hypocrite now after her talk with Eita in the nurses office? If I was him I would have called her out on that or just brought it to attention at the very least. The new love rival is definitely "out there" and seems to be an old friend of Burning Fighting Fighter.

*The one exception I can think of are the guys in Oretachi no Tsubasa where the males are by far the most intriguing thing of that show

Lol, chuunibyou makes it's way to another series

This series seems like a cheap knock off of Chuunibyou. Tons of drama and no comedy. Dont think i even managed to crack a smile this episode.

Worst episode so far for me.

Pretty good ep...esp liked the MasuzuxEita scene in the infirmary. Suzu was really cute when she found out he gave her CPR.

Those guys at the swimming poor where just sad there where tons of girls around yet they only reacted at Masuzu.
They reason why she didn't like water became clear tho.
Masuzu's little sister was just hiding behind money with that behaviour of hers she still has a lot to learn about life and provoking her sister in such a way.

Himeka's introductions was pretty funny with that Psp message.

lol the Ice king and queen are melting, drama is rolling out. Lordy I wonder how this all will end up.

Ladies and Gentleman we got ourselves a harem.

I'm so glad for the new characters. I was getting tired of Chiwa the cockblocker.

I found it interesting, contradictions and all. Good development for most of the characters, and considerable development for Masuzu, only marred by her head-slamming Chiwa into her lunch (somewhat understandable, if maybe not justified, if viewed in isolation, reaction to somebody hitting on "her" boyfriend). Still holding judgement on things till I see more - in particular how Eita deals with this most recent 'issue'.

Was on the fence about this series until I saw this episode, I feel like things will finally start moving along. Good episode

Masuzu pushing Chiwawa's head into the food/table while speaking in a sadistic tone as if nothing's happened was heavenly. The third girl feels a bit meh for me although the fourth girl next week has a much more interesting backstory. On the other hand, shit is getting real with Masuzu's backstory.

Nevertheless, we're served with a slightly less generic but still dense-as-ever MC which is a shame. At the end of the day, a typical romcom which I find to be slightly more interesting than a typical romcom. I subjectively like the art, Masuzu's S and the voice acting all-around.

I've noticed with iM@S and now with OreShura but is A-1 good at building mood/atmosphere in SoL-like settings?


Yeah, atrocious timing for this to be adapted right after Chuu2, although the source LN of OreShura pre-dates Chuu2 slightly.

i never did want chuu2 to end, or at least have a season 2. this will do for now

Like I said in a previous ep, if this hadn't aired right after Chuunibyou I may have ended up liking this more. This aired too soon. I can't help but compare the two since Chuunibyou is still fresh in my memory :(

Still, should be interesting to see how things progress now that Himeka has finally joined the cast. Looks like she's not scared to be all lovey-dovey around Chiwa and Masuzu.

Eita's harem is almost complete! All that's left is the pink haired chick.

Oooh. This is the part I have been waiting for in this anime, Masuzu's sister, the swimming part, and Hime.

Revelation of Masuzu cannot swim... ahh. It is really nice to see a clumsy part of a girl. And that CPR by Eita!

Also, looks like Hime will be quite a fun character to watch. Chuunibyou alright!

im so eager to know maszu secret in why she hate love doesn't seem it will be a superfical one.

I like Masuzu better now. Her character development is really gradual. Really, really gradual, but it's there. Masuzu x Eita :DDD I ship it.

I like Chiwa and Eita's relationship, but platonically. Because they can be so cute as really good friends.

Well I really liked this episode. :D Himeka seems pretty cool. Chuunibyou again. Looking forward to the next episode

And there we have it. Masuzu got the expected development I waited for. Thank you! It's now getting harder and harder to try and pick a side.

I'm not really out there with the people who compare this with Chu2byo. The only similarities I can see, are the few Chuunibyou moments of Eita, and the fits (oh, how I can't hold my laughs at those moments) he has when Masuzu starts quoting his Notebook.
This is a Harem (which I think is a shame), while Chu2byo isn't. In my opinion, you can't compare these two, if there is anything to compare.

Now, the score between Masuzu and Chiwa has been balanced.. The new girl hasn't added much this episode. Let's see if she will, which I suspect will happen. I don't dislike the predictability yet. I'm new, I'll survive this.

Aren't you supposed to at least pinch the nose when preforming CPR after tilting the head to empty out the remains of the water..?

The past life thing reminds me of Denpa Teki Na Kanojo.
The 8th grade syndrome reminds me of Chuunibyou.
The artstyle and atmosphere reminds me of Sakurasou.

I like this anime more than most.

Burning Pudding Princess should be removed from the show ASAP.

hm..so she had a sister all the stuff besides the Chuunibyou/gamer girls confession was added in earlier than what i've read so far fine by me since i'll be able to see something new

since watching the Anime i been liking Chiwa a lot more

I really liked this episode. Hats off for that. Lol'd so hard at the beginning when Masuzu slammed Chiwa's face into the sandwich.

Looks like they're on pace to finish up this season at vol. 4. I was skeptical last week that they could pull it off, but if they keep doing what they're doing I guess at least it'll turn out alright.

Edit: I'm not really getting people who compare this to Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai from the last season. Aside from the fact that both main characters have had a 8-grader syndrome past, the emphases are completely different. Sure, there's some overlap, but as someone has pointed out, the LN of OreShura actually predates the LN of Chuunibyou.

WTH?? Burning Pudding Princess. LOL!! The naming sense just got worse. And that was sure 1 unique love confession. I wonder if that Hime girl just simply admires Eita, or it was thanks to Eita delusion that save her from some mental issue, guess I watch too many drama anime. :)
The first part was quite dramatic, but relax more in the second half. Overall, good episode.

so swim time with masuzu try swim away but drown so eita give cpr & talk relax masuzu that everything still fine give chiwa got "hmm" with text message.

so chiwa got fever & eita help relax her too & know no way chiwa send the letter with speaking on it reveal it was black hair female named himeka.

give why cause of eita's delusions make awaken himeka's delusions cause in their delusions lifes they were lovers so with that cue masuzu & chiwa going eita you got some explain' to do.

Pretty good episode, I had to laugh when she sunk into the water and then started floating. Also when Masuzu pushing Chiwawa's head into the food. I like this anime so far, its pretty funny at parts and the MC is not as bad as others. I like Masuzu and Chiwawa though im not really sure about the third one. I don't really know anything about the next girl because the manga hasn't got that far. I hope she is interesting though.

Chiwa's "Kimi to no Kizuna wa WAN WAN NYA" is so HNNNGGGHH.. requesting GIF plz..

This episode has left me wondering.

Masuzu best girl, I just can't hate her.

That was a surprisingly good episode, I hope they keep it like this. Next week is the last member of our harem, looking foward to it.

After that huge scene at the train station, Eita should have just called Masuzu's threats to claim his freedom once and for all.

I really like just how strong Chiwa's feelings are for Eita. I can only hope that one day he'd wake up to see those feelings she has. She's practically his sole motivation for everything he's been doing up to now.

The one girl who's capable of putting fear into the cold, dark heart of Masuzu has appeared: her little sister Mana.

Himeka is introduced at last. With one of the most socially awkward confessions ever.
