| Good episode in general. My only gripe was that they added the filler of Gon saying to Mito that "he'll be back once he find Ging" since no such thing happened in the manga. I don't know if they consulted Togashi when they added that filler part but since the manga is still on hiatus... we'll let's just see if that's a good move or not. So, we learned from Ging that Hunters are SELFISH people. They will leave everything for things that they want. Aside from Ging and the Greed Island part of the tape, I think that the part of Hunters according the Ging is also important to take note. |

| Epic Ging is Epic. And, now it is time for one of THE BEST arcs I've seen in anime. Hopefully this version does it well. I'm sure Madhouse will, this arc seems fitting for them. |

| I like this episode, showing gon and killua on the island relaxing together, free of the harsh realities of the world , reminiscing bout exactly what they want to do now and where there journey will take them. Little do they know, everything they have done up till now has been pretty much just training, the real harsh adventures are still ahead. Now gon finally got to hear gings voice |

| Nooooo. Why must Gon be so disinterested in his mother? >.<; Great episode overall. I'm still rather curious about that ring, though. With this arc wrapped up, I get the feeling things are going to start becoming a lot more epic. All of this was basically just becoming a Hunter, after all. Oh! I realized that the hexagon at the end of the ED reveals each of the MC's aura type. We already know Gon is an enhancer and Killua is a transmuter, but it also shows that Kurapika is a conjurer and Leorio is an emitter. I'm glad I finally understood that part. ^-^ |

Yorknew didn't strike me as being as big of a city as New York. It's big, sure, but it's not THAT big. Given that we're only talking about the location of the next arc, I don't think this qualifies as a spoiler. |

| Fun episode again, great transitioning between the arcs! Gon's dialogue was awesome, sounded so real! So Killua's brother still has some affection left for him =). Looking forward to the next episode! 4/5 anime doesn't get any better than this! |

| Ging is a dickwad for not at least checking up on his son occosionally I mean why the duce do you have a kid if you're going to live that kind of lifestyle where you always out doing shit and don't want to interact with your kid anyway.. I get that Gon really loves Mito apparently but I find it strange he is so immediately dismissive of his mother, to the point where just assume shes dead and don't want to listen to rest of the tape to find out her fate at all? Can't see most kids not being intrested to learn their mother's fate Well anyway there's some really interesting stuff it seems with Green Island game and my god there has been all sorts of people in these comment threads hyping the shit out of yorknew arc so it better be good =.=' First two arcs so far are just mostly typical shonen light hearted faire to me |

| For some reason I really love the fact that a non-supernatural, non-VR realized video game has plot significance here (at least, it's a normal, playstation one esque game so far). Reminds me of the Dreamcast plot device in Gamera 3 Revenge of Irys. |
