| I would like to say I didn't enjoy the dub and will watch the original work but that was hilarious. By the way, did anyone notice how wildly inappropriate the lyrics were to the ED, for a kids show? |

| i had this in my watchlist for some reason, so here i am ^_^- i'm gonna be "a trooper" and watch it all in subs though, since i instinctively dislike dubbed versions of things .w. oh, i'm surprised to see some 3D in this thing, it looked plenty old-... but i didn't check when it was aired _X3 and wow, that school is seriously haunted _|D so many.. oh, my, dear..... he's the CAT?! _XD oh, nice outro -w-~~ |

| The English Dub is like the grandfather of abridged series. I managed to pick this up on Crackle channel on my Roku. It was hilarious. I think you can watch it online for free on their site. |

| I watched both the sub and dub versions of episode one and the dub is amazing. The sub wasn't too bad and helped set up the story, but the dub was hilarious. Momoko's Christian stuff is way too funny and Keiichirou was annoying at first, but then I couldn't stop laughing. When they found out the book was written by his mom he mumbled nonsense and I was done. I can't wait to watch more. The sub first and then the dub. |

| The dub really is reminiscent of an abridged series, jokes coming from one note characters that revolve around one gag and the the humor coming from randomness and shock were what made it feel like one. Not that it's a bad thing. The Jesus girl no matter how much she said the same joke over and over it, it still got me. And the little brother character devolving into babbling baby noises was pretty excellent too! It's also not like these characters seem as if they'd be that much better in sub, they seem to fit their archetypes pretty cookie cutter. So story wise, girls mom died and was involved in sealing away the spirits of this area on a hill. The hill and forest got cut down and all the spirits who were sealed there were released. The mom's ghost guided the kids to the old school building and to the ghost sealing book and even to the exact correct page so they could do her job once more and keep everyone safe. That's my understanding anyways. Simplistic, but not bad, and it was set up pretty well. I imagine it will devolve into monster of the week without a question though. The possessed cat will probably get some good jokes as the show goes on. I kinda hope that ghost becomes a friendly character. |

| I wanted to see the original version before the famous dubbing to compare them fairly, but I was unable to find subtitles in Spanish and the dubbing in Spanish (supposedly based on the original) seemed horrible badly acted to me, so I guess I'll have to settle to see the english dub. Edit: In the end I decided to watch it with English subtitles. :P |
