| The best episode! I loved when Shinji told Onishi that it would be "rather sweet" if he does the opposite of what Onishi is doing ;p What a mess, what chaos, everything mixed in a brain-damage-soup and poured in one's head. I kinda don't wanna finish it :// 8/10 ^^ |

Why did the narrator on the beginning refer to Doc as Ichise's second mother? I find that weird, err maybe it's just me...Ugghh I have tons of questions still and there's only one episode left! |

| I was sure this was gonna happen... Everyone bites the dust... No way a series as dark as this one would have a remotely slightly happy ending. I don't remember ever having smiled or shed a tear during this series, it's just a wasteland of despair. |

| So raffia are the souls of the dead. The guys in the water were weird. I was surprised when that eye-less assistant shot himself after Shinji. The way Ran disappeared after Ichise asked her to come with him was creepy. |

| It is not a good idea to put the series on hold for so long, I have forgotten a lot of things. Oh well might re-watch the series one day. Onishi's death wasn't pretty at all, sad to see everyone's driven into insanity. One more to go. P.S. Felt bad for the secretary too, I don't take those things well. |

Shinji and Onishi were really cool. It was sad to see them die. They went out in a cool way though. This show has been really deep. I like it. |

| Despite questioning whether the true Hades is above or below, Texhnolyze eliminates that doubt with this episode: Encephalopathy. In a sense, we viewers have come to realise one very important thing shared between the two vastly different worlds - they may contradict each other, but they are still of the extreme ends from each other - both Lux and the surface world, both being hell, which tolerates for no moderation in between. The moral of the story as I see fit is to allow a world of balance to exist, and they must never be separated form one another. The result will be two worlds of extreme ends, bringing about their own destruction - one in the form of death and lawlessness, the other in the form of decline and desolation. 6/5 P/S: P/S: I do admit that the Secretary (Michiko, was it?) scene was downright miserable as hell. Onishi died like a man before losing his insanity, ending the very curse which locks the people of Lux in madness ever since its inception. His role is done, his own 'war to end all wars'. Shinji whereas had his role as being very ambiguous to me even to the very end; I would think of him as an enlightened ignorant 'fool' to take revenge over what he had thought was correct. Correct me if I am wrong, because I really am unsure of Shinji's role in Texhnolyze, to be honest. |

In a way, they became connected. Hence, even when she admitted it to Ichise yet still rejected her, she took her last straw and committed suicide. (Implied.) |

| Aaaand we are back with stairs. They really had some kind of reference. The secretary... So she was raped. Man. She really liked Oonishi, didn't she? I can see why she wanted to die. Was a good character. "I thought doing exactly the opposite from you would be rather sweet." Ah, he fell for the secretary, didn't he? She brought a change in him with her words, how he is similar to Oonishi. I like this detail. Shinji's death... Man I find Ichise and Ran's bond rather interesting. There's little dialogue between them, yet it's solid. Oonishi's death was brutal. |

| So Ran had a lot of lines this episode, but she's still such an enigma. Those underwater boys are a mystery to me. Why the heck was the obelisk bleeding? I'm actually more confused now than after any of the the previous two episodes. |

| Yeah, i really don't think the secretary scene was necessary.. she had been a badass through the whole series, being able to drive Onishi out of the war area, even when she had a bullet in the gut - couldn't they have let her die On her feet, fighting like Onishi? Even Shinji was given that courtesy.. And yeah, that part where Ran faded away was weird, but it seemed she was heading in the direction of the obelisk. Maybe she died when Onishi stabbed it. It seemed that way to me anyway. So Ichise is alone in the end. I wonder wby Ran thinks sbe drove the city to Insaniy - wasn't it Yoshi and Kano? Does she feel that reality was created by her visions, rather than her visions created by the future reality? |

| i dont like that with just 1 episode left, the show still shows new things with no apparent explanation, what were those puppets? was the obelisk bleeding? anyways i guess we get end of the world kinda ending also i wonder why did Ran told Ichise that he d be responsible for the destruction of the city, i mean the city is pretty much dead already an i cant say it was his fault |
