| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- CGI returns... Jokes aside, the monster they faced is no joke. Hajime had to make a few close saves. Same with Yue. This episode felt like one of those boss battles a party faces honestly except most of them seem unprepared. That dragon's reaction made the episode feel almost comical. About time Tio finally showed up in this anime. She got turned on hard this episode lul |

| That's some unexpected development. In a good way lol. So far this anime proves to be way more comedic than expected. And bad action scenes are bad. I wish they were better (or not existed at all), but somehow I got used to that. Tbh if this anime had at least decent animation it could be pretty nice isekai. |

| This is why anime still has a bad name. This is why LN anime still have a bad name. This is why ecchi has a bad name. The masochism scenes made for the most mortifying anime experience I've had all year. Hajime's "emotional" speech had a tremendously rushed buildup and frankly, given that we don't even get to see this side of Hajime beforehand or even explore his fucking character beforehand after his transformation from smol boi to edgy chad, this wrings hollow. The CGI dragon shit was next level yikes that borders on both laughable and humiliating. Again, the action scenes don't function or have any flow to them and the music doesn't fit. Fuck this anime, fuck this anime, fuck this anime, fuck this anime, fuck this anime! Also, yea Hajime's party is basically just a diet version of Konosuba's party except the main guy and smol girl of the group adon't have the two big traits their Konosuba counterparts (Kazuma and Megumin) have. At least Tio's hot, I guess. Mebbe next episode, they'll find a consistent length for her nails. Oh wait, this is Assread, and these are the worst production values of the year, only rivaled by W'z which rivals this for worst anime of the year. |

While i'm not going to make excuses for tio's characterization (though for what it's worth, i think most people find her unbearable at the first meeting, and it may be intentional), in the long run if there's one thing i won't defend the manga and ln for though it is tio just outright annoys me until she mellows out some in later volumes. As for the episode, the cg was terrible as expected, though i'm more surprised they called tio's people "dragonborn" lol, can't shake the skyrim feel of that (most translations of the ln or manga call them either dragonmen or dragonfolk). | The CGI continues to be horrible and the main protagonist continues to be an edgy dude (and that doesn't seem to change anytime soon). Really hypocrite from his part that he wanted to kill the Dragon girl when she was under the control of someone else. By that logic he should have kill Yue when she was under the control of that plant lady monster. |

This dragon was visually shitty, like when she started to speak, her mouth & tongue made the weirdest moves, I'd give a 10/10 if I were evaluating the ugliness. And the fact Hajime put a steel rod in her rear was supposed to be funny I guess ? I facepalmed myself for a second then kept watching. Well, at least his harem is growing... |

| Some people here really said that Arifureta manga and LN are good, people there is no hope for you anymore, even Ufotable with Bones wouldn't make this watchable. Source material its even bigger mistake than this anime . |
