| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Gripen is actually quite cute although she's a bit different from normal people. Seems we got a bit of bonding between him and Kei. At least they're getting along somewhat well. Also, I think Gripen can be very girly when she tries lol  I hope the pacing picks up more. Felt like they could of condensed this episode. |

| This anime is starting to turn out as a major disappointment. Gripen seems like a nice girl but she is a bit stereotype nothing i haven't seen before. As for the main he is rather annoying and doesn't seem to understand his situation, then again since he didn't even know which aircraft his country was flying which even children know it's safe to say then he isn't very intelligent. The anime is also way to melodramatic despite that nothing is happening. |

| Gripen is such an oddball xD I actually enjoyed this episode with the slice of life and relationship building focus. Kinda got the Plastic Memories vibe. |

| Narutani Kei , that sounds like Japanese to somebody who is from shanghai. So why do I have the feeling that Mingua might be left out of the harem plan???? So , it look like them girls were probably former Xi's that were somehow capture and re-purposed to fight along humans but them airmen don't like them very much cu'z they're the enemy. |
| The Jet Girl is cute but doesn't look lke the story is going anywhere at this pace. Unless its the Slice of life the main appeal of the show, then its alright. |
| God this show is as bad as it gets, but im gonna watch it anyways.I bet the creators of this anime are watching kotobuki while wondering how did their creation ended up beeing so bad. At least kotobuki is decent this is just the tipical ultra stereotipical anime like ragnarok or that smart phone isekai shit from last season |

| Gripen sure is quite forgetful for a weapon not to mention laid back. Seems the base's personal don't hold Gripen in high regard. Looks like the director is trying to get Gripen to learn to be more human by pairing her with Kei. It was cute seeing Gripen act more like girls her age when outside of the base. So Kei's mission is to awaken that spark thats inside Gripen then. But man 3 hours really isn't that long. To think that's Gripen's limit without Kei being with her. An interesting ep that did well to not just introduce Gripen as a character but also expand upon both her and Kei's characters. Curious to see how their bonds will develop after this date. |

| Not sure what the deal is with everyone at the base, they enemy is the Xi, why are they getting upset over him being there. I'm glad those 2 had a great time together during the day. 10 hours is such a big improvement, hopefully she will be able to fly, having him around is already such a big improvement so I am confident so won't be scrapped. |

| Well, I watched the latest episode : probably won't be a surprising anime but still, pretty interesting at least. Maybe I'm just being too easy with pink haired characters lol Really reminds me Darling in the Franxx, which I liked a lot, so let's just hope for something enjoyable here |

| Gripen is almost most like a rip off of ZeroTwo but in a quiet way and i suspect the creator was watching Darling, and decided to create this charade. But hey maybe I spoke too soon, I guess we'll have to see as the show progresses on. But so far ain't feeling this. |

| well this episode was better than the first one also looked a bit better but still not sold on it it's so far a very much a we've seen this before . still quite a few shows i'd put ahead of this one being the worse this season of the new shows so its close to a drop |

| UMM...stereotypes The Animation? Gripen definitely is the one that stands out the most, large in a very negative way, seems that way when ev'ryone is giving her the cold look. In any other sense, it's a bonding time between Kei and Gripen to understand her intentions...and less of becoming a scatterbrain. And Kei, he has to get his act together. And then...the pacing is not the best, but it works...? Looks like they tried adding in the not-so-funny comedic side-Bs, and...it really doesn't work to an extent. But for what it is, give it another episode. |

| The other military personnel don't seem to like Gripen probably because she can do what they can't... We got the insert song! Now we wait for the triangle to be established... "Haruka told you to let you have your way with me." Haruka is a man of culture. Small little detail here, but take a look at how Gripen uses chopsticks: So that's how the kiss and the Sleeping Beauty/Prince Charming analogy fits here. Gripen usually only stays awake for about three hours. I guess it's Kei's job to ensure that she'll be able to stay awake longer than that. A pretty nice episode where we learn all about who Gripen is. Next episode looks like the flight test. Bokura no Senjou at the ready! |

Its sort of like Arpeggio of Blue Steel but without the fan service and a main male lead who actually does not know much. I hope that he does not suddenly become some kind of natural born super pilot. Now if he rides in the aircraft just for Gripen's sake then that would be workable, and I think that is where this may be going. I wonder how the Phantom II and Eagle pilots are going to figure into the story. |

DITF had multiple male characters other than the MC that are of teen age, so you can't compare this crap to that masterpiece. |
| I frown at recent installments of Persona and Trails of Cold Steel that introduce harem-like elements in the story. We need more JRPGs like the past Lunar series, where there are multiple romantic pairings in the party other than for the protagonist and main heroine. |
| the VA who voices Gripen (who is also a member of Run Girls Run) seems like a teen version of Miyauchi Renge. it was an okay episode...nice date... oh so her awake consciousness have increased from 3 hours to 10 hours... well that's lame, when she's out of juice she immediately shuts down? lolz 4/5. good thing Gripen is a bit of a pettanko! i'm already getting fed-up of those oppais...just take a look at my sig! praise the thicc ass cuz i'm an azzman! |

But Gripen sure is cute.. a bit similar to Shiina in that she doesn't really have a lot of common sense in the outside world, which is also adorable. I don't see what is so bad about it, but to each their own I guess. I am enjoying it at least. |
| Gripen was a bland girl with a forgetful, clumsy, and rather a cold personality. Seems like this show tryhard to explore some kind of AI or some robotic-humanoid form or something like that similar that can fly away with that colorful aircraft jet before. Interesting story, then. And idk if i can call that Gripen a 'she' or 'it', referring her stasuses was still unknown. Lol. I am overstated some simple character. So i must stick to she, then, to keep the simple stick to simple. And with that personality, idk if i can attached with her much, because yeah, not really some kind of my favourite girl. So, Kei was a prince and try to make Gripen can fly again because of her personality was always forgetful being? What can he do to make her remember the lesson of the fly? Should he just grope that flat chest if she really want into a big boobs? Forget my last question and please, next to another episode! |
