Digimon Adventure (Odd one out of the list but I enjoyed watching it as a 10 year old boy)
Familiar of Zero
Gate: Thus the JSDF Fought There!
Outbreak Company
Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?
In Another World With My Smartphone
Log Horizon
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!
Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku
Oda Nobuna no Yabou
No Game No Life
Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu

I use to like Overlord but became abit turned off during the third season as the MC is acting too much like a villain.

As for manga I haven't really read much but here is what I like.
Tsuujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de 2-kai Kougeki no Okaasan wa Suki desu ka? (Hyped for the anime announcement)
Nagasarete Airantou (I think it counts as a Isekai)

Anyone got a list they would like to share on here?

KonoSuba and No Game No Life are the only two I like enough to call them favorites, I liked some others (like Isekai Maou or Re:Zero) but they aren't exactly memorable to me.

I like it for being different, it's since become the trend, but slime, re:monster and spider where the first three isekai I read that were not just human becoming a human, but tried to be a bit different with the stories.

Re:zero and those who hunt elves are so far the best ones I have watched. Would add digimon 1st season if we consider "trapped in virtual world" as isekai. Then I would go with summer wars wich happen to be similar to digimon. there are some other good/fine isekai and a bunch of bad and mediocre ones

In terms of manga, Gal tensei was an ok isekai and since its only 2 volumes I would recommend it.

I watched Re:zero but it didn't appeal to me too strongly mostly because I didn't like seeing the MC having emotional break downs.

I will simply list both the better and the most forgotten ones when it comes to listing parallel world fictions:
Escaflowne +1 (amazed by the fact it has already been proposed three times)
Ima soku ni iru boku
Noein

Also, Digimon Adventure is a pretty good example for kids, right.

Pullman said:

While being far above the nowadays fare, it was released before the craze so nobod thinks about it. It also benefit the series not to be associated with the titles surfing on the current trend.

Interesting, that's the main plot point that draws me towards the show. Admittedly, the animation is quite lackluster and the CGI is sadly incorporated in the worst way imaginable, but I find the MC's slow drift from human towards an 'overlord' quite amusing to say the least. Characters that are blatantly stronger than their opposition are, I must admit, a guilty pleasure of mine, even though it's a fairly common and overused trope.

Always intriguing how subjective and malleable opinions are concerning certain shows and tropes. If you do have the time, and will, I'd love to hear why you'd feel this way. But then again, perhaps that would be inappropriate for a topic that is designated for another purpose. Feel free to contact me on my profile or privately if you do intend to tell me why, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Kanata Kara, everything except the ending lol, and inuyasha. I def prefer historical Isekai, lots of good manga but anime wise its more virtual reality and alternate universes rather than fantasy/mythological type Isekai.

So:
Digimon Adventure, also Tamers
Inuyasha
12 Kingdoms
Spirited Away

Digimon Adventure

I never thought of Digimon as an isekai but it absolutely is :D

But yeah, Digimon Adventure 1 and 2 (I liked 3 as well, but like some other series I wouldn't call it a "favorite")

Both the KonoSuba anime and manga are perfection to me, except when you read the manga, realize how amazing Wiz's design is, and also realize how they butchered her design in the anime (I know you can't animate every detail but still) and made her a walking boob joke

EDIT: I don't know how loosely we can define an isekai here, but if Gabriel DropOut counts then that's a favourite as well.

I've read a few chapters online (I do buy the manga, but I was curious about a specific story) and while I do believe you, I also like the first Witcher book, but I've read my entire manga collection without advancing a single page of the book, so I'm afraid the same would happen with the light novel.

Most Isekai now are too unoriginal and boring for me to enjoy, with the repetitiveness getting more annoying with each new show (Knights & Magic, Smartphone, etc).

But there are a few that stand out for me:
Sword Art Online (because it was my second-ever anime and my first Isekai series, so I didn't really have any reason to hate it)
No Game No Life (partially for the the beyond over-colored background, but more because of the focus on games more than fantasy, as it was also my first Game anime)
Log Horizon (for being a better SAO that focused more on bureaucratic aspects, which was a novel approach that I found interesting)
Youjo Senki (my favorite Isekai by far, because of the use of magic as a military weapon - and the setting in an alternate WWII - instead of a fantasy element. Also I fell in love with the nazi-loli-mage-soldier, Tanya)
