I'm loving this part even more. The animation sometimes gets a lil weird, but in general its really good!!
The fight with Black Sabbath was so nice to see.
What I absolutely loved the most in this ep was when Kouichi talks about Giorno as a member of the Joestar family and then Joseph, Joutarou and Josuke appear behind Giorno, the adaptation was perfect in that scene, thank you David Production!!!

This episode perfectly showcased why I love Giorno so much....Like Koichi said, he has the heart of a Joestar but like we saw in the end, if you do something vile and or piss him off, he'll kill you without a second thought lol (Man its fun to see him have such an intent to kill similar to his papa lol)

Man I didn't expect him to set up Polpo for a death like that, man that shit was so cold xD I'm gonna miss him though because his Stand was pretty cool

And also I really liked the link to part 4 with his Stand also having that same arrow ability thing that gives people Stands....Glad to know that this answers the question of how Stands got in Italy

Great episode overall and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Koichi as well as Giorno's new squad

great episode. really liked the fight with Black Sabbath and how he works due to the shadows. Pretty great that Polpo ate shit after Giorno was let into the gang.

Also seeing the rest of the gang towards the end was pure hype.

really am looking forward to the next episode.

DP did a bang up job this episode! I'm so happy they included the Joestar family comparison shot and that it was pretty much identical to the one in the manga.

This was worth the long wait. I love the beatdown music and can't wait for next week when we get to finally meet dem boys!

"Long distant/automatic stands don't harm the user" then u think back and remmenber the high priest and kira.

Koichi outright mentioned Kira when he said that any effect on the user would be minor. He even mentioned SHA making Kira's hand heavier.

this is Koichi's last scene though, and in the enture series. Starting now, everyone will be a new character in Jojo

Also, Part 5 showcases and completes the history of the arrows.

Yeah also while Sheer Heart Attack was completely impeded by Act Three, Kira could walk with minor diifficulties to get to the fight. But as mentionned earlier, SHA wasn't really an automatic stand since it was one of the many secondary skills of Killer Queen. (Kira really was one of the most OP character of all Jojo if you think about it, he had like 5 different and deadly skills with one stand... <__<)

It’s very ingenious of Giorno to defeat Black Sabbath by turning the railings into vines & accelerating the growth of the tree to wither with his Gold Experience.

The way Poplo was executed shows how savage Giorno is. And it also confirms that we’re having this gangster setting that things won’t easily end up with just “retire” any more.

They didn’t formally introduce our main squad in this episode, but just gave a teaser? S.H.I.T! These bastards! Just kidding, I do think our main cast deserve a solid introduction instead of rushing through their debut at the end of this episode.
I’m so hyped for the next episode!

Is it just me or was the first half of the episode, although incredible, paced weirdly fast? idk, it just felt kinda weird. Still masterfully directed and animated, though although I could live without the incorrectly drawn faces of far-away characters before the blu-ray release DavidPro pls

btw Koichi forgot all about his luggage xD good luck sightseeing with nothing on you

I'm pretty sure in the manga its clarified that the speedwagon foundation, which koichi is working for under jotaro, would cover his costs. the only thing he needed was his passport which is why he went looking for that but didn't care about his luggage

Jotaro won't reappear again in this part. But we will get other stuff related to Jotaro in this part yet you will have to wait quite a lot about this.

Koichi and Giorno got dragged into a very dangerous fight against the immensely powerful Black Sabbath near sundown of all times. Being able to ride shadows no matter how small and fast they are at the speed of dark's real scary. Three A's in its stats is more than enough to be worried about. If it weren't for their suitable Stand abilities, Giorno's bravery and quick thinking, they would've been killed right then and there. I had thought that Giorno's legs snapped and was confused about the tree rapidly aging all of a sudden but I just realized that it was the tree's roots that'd made the noise...

After that speech on how okay it is to kill a person compared to trampling over their reputation, he got killed by a shapeshifting banana out of all things he could've died to. He could've noticed Golden Experience punching those bananas if only he wasn't busy putting stuff in his mouth all the time.

Koichi's finally done with his investigation on the son of DIO and concluded his findings with the acknowledgement that the righteous bloodline of the Joestars flow within him. It's most likely the last we'll see of him but I wish that some shots of him sight-seeing different Italian landmarks would be added.

The gang's finally all here! Every time I close my eyes, I start to feel horny over all of them showcasing their powers ♡ The ending song's still pretty bizarre but I have to say that it was really relaxing to listen to.

When Koichi mentioned the Joestar bloodline, it occurred to me that Dio had Jonathan's body, which means that Jornio is actually Jonathan's son; so Jornio is actually Joseph's uncle. This is a really messed up family.

I wonder if the author planned it.

As far as I know, the author just made up the story on the fly, as he was writing it. I don't think he planned Giorno to be Dio's son from the beginning, he just came up with the idea one day and put it into life

Niiice! Black Sabbath was terrifying and the fight with it was so well animated. I admire visuals from this Part, haha.

I'm glad GioGio is so chivalry person. That's why Polpo could receive a punishment for all the bad things he did, especially for killing that innocent old man.

Black Sabbath was a cool stand.

I'm curious at what would actually happen if a stand user got shot with the arrow a second time. Maybe it's 50/50 that they'd die or get a bonus ability like Kira.

I'm still curious about Giorno's ear trick, is it something he got from Dio or from his joestar blood? I don't believe he got it from his mother.

Mudamudamuda? Yellow hair? Italian name? Motherfucker is not a Joestar like Koichi thinks, he's Dio! But kidding aside that ending was awesome as hell. Anyway, so that test was really to either know if you're trustworthy or to turn you into a stand user. Clever plan, but that fat fuck wasn't so clever after all.
