| Since I haven't read the LN or Manga adaptation beforehand, I wasn't sure what my reaction would be. Thankfully, my first impressions so far are great. =) One thing I was most impressive with the first episode was the animation. 8-bit is taking this adaptation seriously as there was plenty of fluidity with Satoru Slime's movements. The animation was a worry for me after watching 8-bit's adaptation of Rewrite when it aired to mixed reception, but so far, they've done a very good job. The dragon, Deromura, was also amusing. Anyone would be bored being sealed away for 300 years, but his tsundere reaction to Slime's request for friendship was funny. XD This was a great start to the Autumn/Fall season for me. Looking forward to seeing more next week. |

So he can mimic into anything he "eats"? Bullshit! He's a walking alchemy pot! So his stomach is hammerspace? So this anime is going be loaded with a lot of bullshit I assume? And our Slime's first friend is the Tsundere Storm Dragon Verudora. Well then, this looks like a fun ride. Based on the opening animation, he's going to be turning himself into a human form at some point. Hopefully he stays a slime more often than he stays a human since I want to see that little slimeball pull off some crazy bullshit rather than seeing a slime-human do usual human things. |

| Yeah It's finally here and this anime going to be awesome. I wasn't disappointing with the first episode and the animation was really good.The Dragon design is so sick, one of the best design anime dragon ever. |

| Interesting first episode, but typical really! Typical middle-aged man who is still a virgin at the age of 37 suddenly gets killed off and blah blah, seen that happen already. Meeting a tsundere dragon though was not what I was expecting in the slightest, but it made the episode a lot more hilarious so no complaints there. All in all, a fine start and I’ll keep watching this for now. I’m assuming we will be seeing our main character encountering all those characters from the Op very soon, and seeing humanoid form or whatever it was. |

| Rimuru a cute but his voice as a slime is very weird. Well his VA is pretty new so I'm hoping that her voice acting will get better as time passes So far, so good. I'm pretty sure that this is gonna be one of the shows I won't drop this season. |

| 1st episode looks promising. I love how they made more animation for the slime. looks cute, remind me of Kumo desu ga manga. the CGI part exceeds my expectation. but I'm still skeptical about the artstyle. Benimaru, Shuna, and Shion look horribly ugly to me. |

| Amazing 1st episode. It remind me of Youjo Senki, but only difference is that in Youjo Senki the guy was pushed and killed by train, while in this one the guy was stabbed. |
| Yep...once again the hype got to me. Completely underwhelmed by this but what can I expect from isekai? Anyways, the tsundere dragon was admittedly funny as was the dialogue from the MC with said creature. The voice seems awkwardly fitting and the video game narrator trick has some sass to her. Overall, this is probably gonna be a 3 episode rule series...well I'll give it 5 or 6 since it's a split cour. 3/5 first impression |

| Wow I absolutely LOVED it! The first episode was amazing, made me giggle constantly. The voice for that slime was perfect and the animation... great. That tsundere dragon made me think of a tsundere monster from another anime, but I can't remember what I'm thinking of haha. So far I'm not convinced the story will make me as invested as I am with Overlord, but hey, it's only the first episode and I wasn't convinced with Overlord at that point either. |

| The manga is one of my favorite of all time but I'm totally love this new anime adaptation ! Great pacing, even they include some scene which not in manga. Rimuru's voices is awesome too I think. The art is okay but the background and colors is great for me. Next episode come fast please ! |

| First time anime watcher here. Didn't read LN/manga. I'm going to rant a little so who love the series should steer away from my post now. It's funny how the author contradicts himself by making the protagonist a slime, a supposed-to-be weakest monster in JRPGs yet buff him left and right to be OP. It defeats the purpose of making him a slime. It's just the bait to be unique among other isekai and follows the same format. I watched this first episode expecting the MC to be a literal piece of slime (pun intended) but looks like our slime can even turn himself into a guy (girl?) judging from opening. There's nothing left to expect now. The only thing that made me curious is that starting 30sec which looked like an out-of-place world war scene. What's that about? Well, it was funaverage while it lasted. 5/10 Dropped |

| As someone who has heard of the manga but has never actually read it, I had fairly low expectations going into this especially since it is an isekai show but this episode has left me pleasantly surprised. After seeing this, I have a feeling that the Fall Season is going to be a lot better than the Summer Season. Also, tsundere dragon. |

| Wow that felt refreshing for some reason! The visuals, the rpg-esque ost, and the sound effects are in harmony my god. Im liking the VA for the slime, it suits the expression of the slime and that Tsundere Dragon? lol that was amazing. |
