| A man eating truck that uses a woman as bait. What will they think of next? Way too many overused shots in this one but the art is nice. Honestly I'm enjoying this show. A bit more than I enjoyed last season's Yami Shibai. |

| that was random as hell I mean seriously who ever heard of a ghost truck? but in all seriousness what the hell was this episode I liked the idea but I was kind of hoping to see him get either killed or eaten (yes i know he did get eaten but we didn't see how). note to self never hitchhike no matter how hot the girl (now I'm imagining the truck trying all sorts of methods in order to get me in the truck, food: nope, women: nope, puppies: nope). |

| My favorite episode so far. The concept was a little silly, and yet it was creative and had some neat visuals of the car consuming the passengers. Can't ask for much more in a couple minute short I suppose. |

(US novel, later a cinema hit, both worth checking). There is also the nice short story, "Trucks", from Night Shift. (who inspired a laughable movie named Maximum Overdrive). @el_morris But the drawings style changed with each episode. |
| As i feel like being a lazy beatch today, i am going to copy and paste my reaction to episode 4 that i made elsewhere earlier today. Also for the fact that there is nothing else about the episode that needs saying. So here goes.... Started out thinking this might be a tad more scary that the others, as the beginning reminded me of a movie i watched years ago Grim Prairie Tales: Hit the Trail to Terror. Unfortunately, it was another non scary tale. Why am i still continuing to follow this anime. Do i take some kind of perverse pleasure from being disappointed by every episode, or is it in a vain hope that a gem of an episode is hidden further down the line. God! I hate my optimism at times. |
| No good. If the woman actually served as bait for the guy then it would have made sense but the guy was on the brink of dying possibly/"at his limit". Like, you didn't need the bait. Just give him the car. Poorly thought up extra part of a concept. You can not make it seem like the woman was the reason the guy got in the car when it was his life being on the line which made him get in the car. Come on. The whole biter at the end is 'the car uses a beautiful woman as a lure for people so it can suck the energy out of them oooo', but he didn't even get in the car because of the lure, so what's the point of having it in the story? The driver could have been the devil or a seemingly-friendly frogman but the set up was that no matter who it was, Noah was going to get in that car. Could have gone so many ways with a killer car. They went two ways and connected them in a flimsy manner. |
