| Utterly impossible. If the reactions to my given name among my countrymen are to be unable to properly pronounce it the first 20 times, I doubt Japanese cartoon characters would have it. Maybe someone with my first name or surname could appear, but even that I doubt. Supposing they did, I'd probably chuckle and move on. |

| Well it did happen a couple of times, since my name's Maria (some people call me Mary). I remember two cases when it happened: - Hai to Gensou no Grimgar (anime) a girl that became one of the main chartacters was called Mary and I didn't really mind that, she was fine. Though when they were saying Mary-san it was pretty funny. - Akuma to Love Song (manga which I do not like) the main character was called Maria and it was pretty weird, at first I kinda liked her and her sharp tongue, so I was fine with her name being the same as mine, but then she became a super normal, boring shoujo protagonist, so yeah, I wasn't really glad her name was Maria. It doesn't really bother me that much though, it's just kinda weird and funny, but I can bear with it. |

| I saw a lot of things from my culture mythology or language, so it was weird because its isn't that common and alnost nobody would notice. For example the gate of truth in follmetal alchemist brotherhood,i can read what writien on it, and this thing represent the 10 parts of god's power and the mythology But instead of them they written different name for god (god, jahuwa etc) Or in owari no seraph, well, i know exactly what the meaning of seraph (came from "fire", mean "fire creature"),or the demon Abadon, its "doom", or the trumpets... | I remember it happened once - and was kinda weird, but the weirdest was the Ending theme that kept repeating my name in the song & was everywhere on the radio in Japan for a while. That kinda felt awkward because everyone sang it. LOL |

| My name (Kyrie) is very rare, I share it with only 5 people in my country. So yeah, I was pretty shocked when I first heard of Kyrie Ushiromiya (Umineko no Naku Koro ni). I heard Kiri before which is pronounced the same but never the exact correct spelling. |

| Seeing how my name i was born with is very common, do not think much on it. Can be watching a anime, reading a Manga or reading a visual novel and see or read the name Hanako and just think, Okay cool and will keep watching or reading. |

| There's a side character in LoGH no one cares about who shares my name. https://myanimelist.net/character/70175 I haven't seen any anime with characters who share my name since it's not a common name in English speaking countries and it also doesn't transliterate to Japanese very well. It's more common in Latin American countries. |
