| Great episode. There was a fair bit of padding in multiple places though especially when Vito was speaking to Sanji. Bege completely cornered Sanji. Hostages, Trapped in his castle, The secret alarming info. There was no way out. :( I loved the moment when Sanji said that Luffy would work under no one and that he'd become the Pirate King. Sanji's surname is also revealed, 'Vinsmoke'. As Brook says, They're quite the bigshots. Good Luck to Sanji and his marriage, He really needs it. |

Even Zoro we don't know much about his family either past Well that's because we have been too focused on Luffy ever since the Straw Hats was scattered, we come to learn a great deal on Luffy, his family and past :3 The only thing we still can make ourselves wonder is that what past is connected with his father (Dragon) and his unknown mother :3 We only got one episode with Zoro's past so Oda maybe has something really important saved for him And for the rest of the straw hats it can be the same :3 We don't know anything about Zoro's, Nami's (her previous parents), Usopp (we know his parents but... there can be more hidden stuff with our Longnosed friend), Sanji's (todays episode and for future episodes, interesting) (also one episode like Zoro), Chopper (Might be having hidden stuff aswell, although it's unlikely but we never know what Oda will do), Robin (she might have some mysterious stuff hidden aswell), Franky (might also have something hidden) and (Brook the newest member of them all, have possibilities too) :3 But still what is it with Oda and families lol >_< Anyhow I'm really hyped as usual and can't wait for next episodes >w< |

| Why was Brook so afraid of the surname "Vinsmoke"? Maybe it's an infamous family from the past. Bege's power seems very handy but also quite weak. Luffy could probably beat him easily. Kinda annoying that Nami and Chopper were caught so easily, didn't even look like they fought back either. |

| Oh man that was an interesting episode. Poor Pekoms, got shot in his back. I hope he's okay, even he's a Big Mom pirate. There was really no chance for Sanji and Brook to do anything, but why were Nami and Chopper caught so easy? I think in a fair fight Sanji and Brook would had beat Bege. Was also interesting to see how Beges devil fruit works. As far as I remember it was the first time it got explained. Everyone knew this scene would come from the OP, but man holy shit. That's crazy. Sanji and a marriage with Big Moms daughter? And on top of that he's the son of an extremely well known family? I can't believe it, but if I think about it, I never heard something about his past before he met Jeff. There are also some other from the crew I would like to see/hear things about their past. And what the hell is this Vito guy. He speaks and looks so weird. I would also like to know what he whispered Sanji. I'm curious what will happen next and what Sanji will say to the others. |

| This is very exciting! I always wanted to know more about both Saniji's and Zoro's past. We know very little about what made Sanji a cook in a ship despite being from a possibly wealthy family. And of course we don't know what the hell made Zoro wanting to learn sword fighting when he was a kid. Anyways, this episode had very beautiful feeling around it, somewhat exciting me to something like Enies Lobby .. I hope it really becomes as good as that. |

| 10/10 This was a really good episode. I enjoyed it a lot, and the story about Sanji really gets going now. It bothers me though, that he might leave the Straw Hats for a long period now. Don't like it at all. I hope, the Straw Hats go and rescue him immediately. |

| It was an entertaining episode despite that they spent the whole time talking, only have to say that I didn't expect that fruit to work like that. Right now I'm thinking in ways to use that fruit because is kind of versatile. |

| This was awesome. I literally only just realised i didn't know sanji's second name, so cool. Prediction... Sanji is in some way connected to the idea of the devil. 'Diable jambe' and the clue that Vito gave about "even the devil comes to big mamas tea parties" Plus some kind of Hells Kitchen reference. Just a guess. |

| Amazing episode from start to finish aside from that color derp on Sanji's coat lol Just reminds me how much I love Sanji, but also how little we really know about him compared to the other Straw Hats. Like, Robin was a complete enigma at first and had her character arc pretty early on. Then she opened up and grew as a person. But it's been over 2 years in the One Piece world since Sanji joined the crew, and there's not much concrete stuff to go on aside from his time with Zeff. How the hell did he get on that ship as a kid anyway, and what happened before all that? Sure, Sanji's playful with the girls and comes to everyones rescue when they need him...but he's pretty secretive. He seems to prefer working alone and almost always separates from the other crew members to do stuff solo... Naturally this has all been planned since the beginning given the fact that Nami brought up the conversation in Skypiea when Sanji tried to shrug off his heritage. Anyway he's from the North Blue. And we've learned over time that nothing good happens there. Just look at poor Law :/ EDIT: Also interesting that Brook seemed to recognize the Vinsmoke name. Got me curious about his origins since we've never seen any of that yet. Thriller Bark only showed the end of his crew and life, but what about the beginning? Oda has gotta have something planned with Brook and Zoro, for sure. We know barely anything about their origins compared to the other Crew members, and now that this Sanji stuff is happening it only makes me more suspicious! |

| I dig Capone and his power. He may not have shown much nuance yet, but we’re finally getting the payoff that was introduced long ago. He has a serious presence. He’s cutthroat, be it for loyalty to Mom or for his own purposes in climbing the ladder, and he has a serious presence. Serving as the perfect Trojan horse himself, he surrounded Sanji and Brook in the blink of an eye, he took Nami and Chopper hostage, and he threatened Caesar to come out of hiding. In the moment he took control of the entire crew, he took them inside his castle and trapped them, forcing them to Big Mom’s tea party. This guy doesn’t mess around, and despite having such a unique power, one which is a favorite of mine, he doesn’t appear overwhelmingly strong. He uses his body like a cyborg by firing bullets and cannonballs, but so far, he’s used strategy, overwhelming numbers, and coercion to get his way. I love that!! The inside of Capone’s castle can be fully controlled like Strength from Jojo, and just as I was thinking this, our boy Vito came out with a ‘rerorero’ speech pattern. I wasn’t expecting a second moment evocative of Jojo. By using this power of his, he has forced Sanji to behave. They are not enemies right now, not on the level of wanting to kill each other. Rather, the Vinsmoke family has connections to the Charlotte family and, Sanji’s mysterious past in North Blue having traveled all the way to East Blue and probably having not seen his family since, has come to the forefront. Following this, Vito whispered something to him, forcing him into this arranged marriage. With Sanji's response, it doesn’t seem connected to the Straw Hats safety, it seems to be a secret bigger than that. In a sense it reminds me of Robin keeping the fact that the buster call was being weighed on her from the rest of the crew back in Water 7. It’s definitely curious. The obvious link is that Sanji’s family found him because of his updated wanted poster and they may not have recognized him from the Duval-esque face that was drawn and a lower bounty. But, if I recall his updated bounty already wanted to find him alive and it went up unexpectedly. So, I think that initial assumption is wrong. As for Sanji's role in this, normally, I think he's one of the best surrogate leaders for the crew; despite being a mess at times, he is great at protecting his allies and being tactical. Yet, this ties him into a bigger picture, making his role in this more cloudy. I also agree that it does test Sanji’s obligations if Pudding is a sexy lady. |
| Poor Caesar, so we finally found out why Sanji and Caesar left the Zou island, so the vinsmoke familly decided for sanji to marry one of the big mom familly piraes, the last 2 episodes were very good, but that damn capone he is just an dog that seeks power big mom will kill him any second he dosen't need such powerless dogs, i think whole cake island will be pretty interesting. |

| Dude, this was surely intense af. To be honest, I did not love Sanji as much as others do, but he seriously seems to be shaping up to be one of the coolest. So many revelations are being made!! |

| This was a very tense episode and I enjoyed every second of it! Capone might be part of the Worst Generation like Luffy, but it looks like he's way more suited at being an enemy of the Straw Hats instead of an ally like with Law. It looks like this arc is actually going to reveal a lot of things about Sanji's past and I'm all for it! It's rather audacious of his family to marry him off to one of Big Mom's daughters after they left him drifting in the sea for dead. |
