Red Chili Pepper looks strange but I like the design, the way it looks has that alien feel to it.

The battle is nice, loved the way they used the OST and when it laughed crazily. Okuyasu's awesome this episode too, been a fan of him for this arc quite a bit.

That was an amazing battle between Okuyasu and Chili Pepper

Pretty interesting how they both for stronger but it was even more interesting to learn that best boy Jospeh is pretty much useless battle wise

I still can't wait to see him but it's pretty sad knowing that he's really falling to old age :(

Weird animation here and there, the quality dropped a lot in this episode. But damn the episode was done right! The next episode is gonna be electrifying!

The time Chilli Pepper was instigating Okuyasu and Jotaro was on his way, all I could think of was "Geez can't this dude just run" ? xD

Good to see Joseph coming back. Though even with the old age it'd be cool to see if he still has his fun attitude around.

39 episodes confirmed huh? Jojo's Bizzare Adventure: Diamond is fucked seems like a better title for the anime with the shit budget and now a rush and skip fest.

A bit of quality and the director wasn't as good as the one in the previous episode.
They are probably saving budget for the next episode.

Okuyasu's stand is fun to watch.

Does Jotaro actually get any good fights in Part 4 though? I'm going to be disappointed if he doesn't.

39 episodes is fine. People worry too much. I'd rather have 174 chapters adapated into 39 episodes than, for example, 144 chapters adapted into 24 episodes like Tokyo Ghoul. Also, Stardust Crusaders definitely dragged on a little too much in some parts- specifically in the first season. So it may not be a bad thing for DiU to pick up the pace some. DP deserves the benefit of the doubt unlike some other anime studios.

I really missed Josuke's "So he knows that I suck at videogames" line here. In the manga that was probably his biggest concern the moment RHCP appeared in his room xD

I can't believe they didn't expect him to be hiding in the bike. That's literally the first thing that came to mind when I saw it. Okuyasu is excused as he didn't know why he was called there but Jotaro and Josuke just waltz right past it. Not to mention, Jotaro not stopping time at any given moment this episode...

Anyway, I can't wait to see Joseph. Sad he's become so old and frail. Shouldn't have skipped on the Hamon training.

A lot of QUALITY stuff in this episode, the scene of RHCP tricking Okuyasu was basically a slide-show, i guess they are saving the budget for the upcoming fight at the docks.

This episode showed too few to make it entertaining and unlike last week, I'm not very hyped to watch the next episode, it was a bit disappointing.
And we get the same cliffhanger, I was expecting to at least see the old man's face.
Oh well, time to wait for the next one.

Mostly because Crazy diamond, cannot heal people when the death is instant and his grandpa was murdering from the inside completely whilst okuyasu was just starting to get electrocuted by RHCP.

Now that i am rewatching the scene i guess he was still alive inside the cables which didnt click with me on my first watch, for some reason i thought he died immediately the moment he got inside the cables.

I am honestly wondering how they will fit all the content in 39 episodes. Hope nothing will be left out.
About the episode - great to see ZA HANDO in action! That was kinda interesting fight. The only thing that bothered me was animation quality. Hope it was just budget saving for next episodes.
theirs most likely going to be a 2nd cour since this is as long or maybe longer then stardust crusaders.

Joseph looks to be in the shit with that description. Cannot wait for his return, even if he it's not the same from the previous two Parts.

The fight of Okuyasu against Red Hot Chili Pepper was cool despite the animation. Okuyasu finally has the time to shine, despite how he almost ends killed in the fight (Josuke's Crazy Diamond is sure very useful).

Okuyasu was lucky that Josuke was around, RHCP is fast and the user doesn't seem to be a stupid one, too bad that Jotaro didn't do anything in this episode either.
It seems that Joseph didn't win against aging.

I really love Red Hot Chili Pepper's design, one of my favorite Stand designs I think, I can't explain why. I thought it was cool and somewhat humorous that Josuke could revive Okuyasu with just his disembodied arm. Can't wait to see Joseph again, even if he's too old to fight, he's still one of the most fun characters.
Looking forward to next week

Unbelievable how many times Jotaro should have stopped time but didn't.

I like how Jotaro and Josuke are casually walking to the port when they should be hurrying while Okuyasu is in the back moping.
"My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where the villas are, and i am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and i get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but i occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get 8 hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last checkup."

Silly me thinking Dr. Movie were done for a while after ep 9. The moments with Za Hando were still nice as they were, I'd say.

Anyway, this is kinda how the budget was for Stardust Crusaders (possibly even the 2012 anime) - where it was mainly the even-numbered episodes which were the smoother-flowing ones.

Plus, it was hard for me to tell exactly what was happening with the action in the next few chapters. More of the skilled animators are desired for the next episode, I'd say.

WHY THE HELL were they all taking their sweet ass time to come to Okuyasu? At least DO A LIGHT JOG! And since when did Josuke act like a complete douche? Is this the same dude that was concerned about Okuyasu eating some bad spaghetti? Why are they so chill? Even if they knew Okuyasu could be revived, they could've at least told Koichi before he had a break down and maybe showed some empathy like DAMN.

And I loved Jotaro in Part 3 but he's literally doing absolute shit this season and has almost no emotion or reaction to people getting hurt? I get he's supposed to be sort of a mentor figure but it makes no sense to just sit back and let everyone else have some action when these battles mean life or death.

I didn't expect much since I've read the manga but hey, they did a good job with the animation and the voices.

Really liked the part at the end where Josuke and Jotaro didn't care jack shit cuz they know that they can get Okuyasu back. XD

Next episode gonna be epic.
